    Hello got a question when you packet the beef to the bag do you vacuum the air or you only sealed or you put a oxygen bag?

      No we don’t vacuum or oxygen absorption pouch just seal the bags. When I can afford a nitrogen machine I will fill the bags with nitrogen this will increase shelf life.
