Cheap, light, and effective. Works great to throw in a gym bag. Replaced an old Gatorade bottle I was reusing 😂. Another tip: you can tie some shock cord or para cord around the rim to make a carrying lanyard that fits securely under the lip.
I'll gladly buy some if two will fit side by side in the SADF square 2L pouches. I like the idea of dumping just one on each side into the camelbak so I don't end up lopsided 😁 Eyyy, I just measured and they should fit _perfectly._ Hell yeah. I'll wait till I can get $60 of other stuff as well for free shipping 😏
So… what paint did you use for these because rustolium doesn’t adhere at all. Even with clear coat applied it’s almost 100% rubbed off after going in and out of a pouch a few times.
But since you can essentially get drinking water bottles from your friends and family for free that are compatible with Sawyer filters, plus if I lose the lid on a free empty reusable water bottle it’s no big deal so what’s the point of buying this other product that you’re trying to sell?
Trash.. we used them fighting fire. Caps broke, unscrewed by themselves, and leaked like a sieve. We used military canteens, nalgenes, or camelback. They usually came with a white cotton canteen pouch that had Fss stamped on it.
I used those when I did some wildland firefighting. Nothing fancy, but they get the job done with no issues.
They tuck away better than anything, and it is light.
For me, I prefer the Nalgene oasis, basically a usgi canteen on my pack as I can put them on the webbing belt.

This era of Lego was just so much better than what we have today..!
FYI, Coors light pint bottle caps fit these. For when the cap breaks
Looks like a great option for spare water bottles on hikes and stuff. I will have to order a few!

Brilliant! good to know! Keep an eye out for more gear, we release a lot of new stuff every week
I clicked order before the video was even done! Great find!
I still have one from my wildland days. I thought it was pretty neat drinking from what looks like a rubbing alcohol bottle.
Quality info like normal. Thanks. I'm going to order a few of those
Can the sawyer squeeze connect to this like the Nalgene oasis
Great question.
Cool vid thanks for sharing! Are these BPA free?
Yes, these are BPA free

I can see these working well for more sedate use but would imagine the top is subject to popping off during rough handling..
VERY COOL!
How well do these fit in 200rd SAW pouches?
Interesting. Will they fit an a double mag pouch?
Too wide, I did try though.
you had me at 'forestry'

Ok, I know nobody is asking this but, what is the deal with the stripes on the canteen?
it's just a sticker

Ill stick with smart water bottles.
Ok until you loose the cap.
