general measures......
1) life style modification
High fiber diet..fruits veges
Dairy products
2) physical activity...... regular walk
3) increase water intake
4) use ispaghol husk with milk before going to bed.
5)syp. Lactulose 2tsf.. tds
6) adjust your medications....
Antidepressants, pain killers ,antihyperyensives by your physician....
If stool and wind is not passing and pain in abdomen
Go to surgical emergency immediately.......
