Wow what a video! So many great ideas and so good to see young adults making real positive impacts on the environment … so much to say …but it doesn’t need saying here … but love the idea of using leftover wax … and as an engineer myself who loves to reverse engineer things, there is a parallel in your reconstructing that jacket. Love your channel ❤❤
The linen fabric is perfect! Can’t wait to see the end result. I’m so anxious for spring! Our woods here in Virginia are so gray and brittle until then. Glad you recovered from the flu! My husband just passed away so I have a real dread thinking of getting a serious illness and being alone. Your videos warm the heart. ❤
When I saw the thumbnail the first thing that came to mind is how many ticks I would be covered in interacting with the forest so much here. Sad. Beautiful and inspiring video. Thank you for your wonderful creation.
I totally understand the joy of running nicely dressed around in the forest! And for someone who is always doing/creating/learning something, it is really torture to be bound to bed, I was once bound to bed for many months, not being able to do anything, not even reading, it was really one of the most difficult times in my life. Thank you for another beautiful video! For some reason corn does not properly work in my garden either, but I want to try again. :) Much love!
I love the child like side when you dress up and the look on your face when sitting on trees, don't ever lose that innocence and mind set, its a rare thing. Thanks for the videos.
I came across your channel a couple of months ago while I was looking for information about wool carding, then I ended up watching all your other videos and I'm so glad I did because it's been very inspiring. I'm impressed by all the work you've done! I truly believe doing "silly" things that add a little magic in your life is the secret to happiness. :) Thank you for sharing your adventures with us!
Hello' This is my view of your channel and I feel compelled to comment here and also to Sub. What I get the most is the extent of the value and the relationship you keep with listening to you `Inner Voice'. You reveal the aspect of just how precious that living in the moment and not allowing life to slip away is . Great video ! I subbed ! `LIKED'
Hi there, found your channel through the start to finish video about a month and have binged your content ever since. For something so natural it's quite addictive. Seriously, they are like a palate cleanser for the mundanity of city life, not to mention the ensnaring and beautiful imagery. Glad to see you’re back and recovered from that flu.
Dear Nel, your videos are so wonderful and magical. To me it is like the 'cherry on top' that we may see you with your friends in the mountains! Such a joy :-) The small interactions between you and the others are like real everyday-magic. And the Green Dress was so much fun to Look at! I wish you all the Best ✨ Charleen
Big fan of your channel here, I really love your aesthetic, the videography and the calm that comes through your style! You actually inspired me to start filming too and I just uploaded my second episode so thank you for your work! I live quite isolated surrounded by forest so exploring and wandering around there is just my favourite thing to do! hope you're recovering well from the flu and looking forward to the next episode.
I was so excited to see a new video! I found you over the holidays and watched several of your videos and found them to be so inspiring! I appreciate the slow pace and look forward to your next video...just wish it was a bit longer :)
How timely. I had a good walk in one of the Atlantic woodlands of Snowdonia today (also known as Celtic woodlands). It's such an inspiring place. Although they're often beautifully filmed, I tend to switch off if there is too much running around in impractical dresses and lofty, whispery talking 😁, so I enjoyed the realness you brought to that section of the video.
Ah, I wonder what woodland that was? 😀 Sadly this wood is plantation I think, like so much of our forest now in the UK, but I still appreciate being among trees and all the amazing moss! 🌲
@@Nelferch It was in the woodlands around Maentwrog. There's plenty of plantations too here I'm afraid, which the uplands tend to have more of, but in the lowlands, that's where you tend to find all the ferny, mossy, rainforesty goodness. It's very difficult to capture on camera I feel as there so much detail. Better captured on film using a very wide lens.
Ish el du winn , ish el du winn can't you hear the Elf she sings . " Listen to the wind , listen to the wind ". The King of the Forest climbs down from his tree , blows up at the leafs then goes off to see ,he loves to watch the Elf dance as the leafs come falling down . The tea light candles are made of paraffin that are derived from petroleum, coal, or oil shale, so perhaps not accurate to call the fire starters made with them 'natural'. Reducing waste is good, though! Perhaps the local churches use slow burning beeswax based candles, as they tend to source the consumables from specialists such as Charles Farris, and you can collect the leftovers.

First time to watch. I just subscribed. You had me at “running through the woods in a pretty dress”.

Another wonderful video. Thank for sharing. You look very pretty in dresses!
That view from up top with the clouds, how beautiful.
Rubbing the glass of the fire place with ash will make it squeaky clean!!
When beauty and grace come together to shape a kind of timeless english living painting. Beautiful artwork.

You are a very interesting person! To your own self be true! Cheers🪶🪶
Dear Katherine, your videography is beautiful. I’ve subscribed to watch more of your videos :)
Would it be alright to ask what camera you use?
Thank you! I now use a Sony A7c but for most of my older videos it was a Fujifilm xt2 with a very old Carl Zeiss lens 😆
Ciao dall'Italia... posso chiederti che lente usi per i tuoi video? Grazie!
I love kitty looking after you, but was a little surprised by the lack of interest in the ball of wool 🙂
She's very serious 😆

This is true 😕 I should have said 'waste' materials, now i'm wondering if it is worse to throw this wax in landfill or burn it? 🤔😟
🤠👍👌🌞🍀❤🦋🌹
Moss contains mold & bacteria, bugs...I can imagine wanting to be on ut.
