Yes, the quality is very good. But it's almost too good for me. With a metal channel I wouldn't need this camera movement. It's more of a gimmick for me. simple but on the point is enough for me. my opinion
I stopped watching before the first minute was over, sorry. Way too much movement, changes, pure stress and hence odd chaos for my eyes. And the music - like an oversponsored rallye cars TV channel. Bye bye
Your skill level is on another level. Strange use of a boring bar tho when you angled the vertical mills head I personally thought you might of used a end mill or at least a tool with more cutting teeth on it plus I thought your set up would of had a lot of chatter happening? but fair play if it worked. Love watching your videos. Very jealous of your set up as I used to be a machinist and fabricator but now full time as a designer in the world of CAD. Used to really enjoy being on the tools. The one thing I never did for some reason is screw cutting and wondered if you could do a short video on that as would be really interested. Amazing stuff as usual 😎

Always awesome to watch these videos! Next make a automatic tig welding machine something similar to your plasma pipe notching setup please 🙏 People please like this comment so Make it extreme can build it please 🙏
Yeah, there are too many cuts, I understand that the things you are building take time, and you will end up with hours long videos if you put everything in them, but it gets dizzy after a while with all the cuts
Im not even watching make it extreme anymore. I like the build and technical videos beceuse i get relaxed by them. Seeing how someone else tackles technical difficulties AvE, TOT, CEE, marty t and many more are brilliant because of that . This is not relaxed anymore. It is braking my head down
That's fun to see it all from nothing, really impressive how well it aligned. If you pack the tube with sand or something, can you get nearly mandrel type bends? I'd also be tempted to heat the stretch side at the same time.
I was working in Grand Blanc Michigan at a shop. This is the job I had. The machine had a number of parts it put out. I doubled that number the first time I ran it. By the end of the night they had enough parts to run all day long the next day without starting the bending machine
that is one heck of a build. The Hydraulics part of the build was great to see man. I love the lathe and milling machines but cannot afford to buy those bad boys. I will only be buying the smaller versions but for my purposes in a small home garage workshop they'll be fine for me. Really enjoyed this video bro. U have got some crazy machining skills. The machines always help but the experience and knowhow of how to use them correctly is the real reason u make sUch phenomenal work pieces man.. Salute to u there from a DIYer in Dublin, IRE..

Very nice. Extreme as always guys. Music was great for my taste but sometimes a bit too loud as sometimes, I could not hear the machines as, personally, I love watching the chips fly and hear the meanness and aggressiveness of the tools working. That was a whole lot of work in a short video. Thanks again for another great video. Let those hot chips fly!
No pipe made stands a chance surviving this beast-excellent in every way as always! Only wish I was able to give it more thumbs up. 👍👍👍 God bless. [edit]: Btw-an excellent job re: filming/editing as well.
I hate it when people say “I made this ____” when what they really mean is “I assembled this____ from a bunch of parts that I bought”. Don’t say you made it unless you actually made it. 3 cheers for making this project top to bottom!!!
He could have just built the pipe bender and thrown in a off the shelf hydraulic cylinder but instead he built it also, props to him for not cutting corners. 👏
What do you do, work for a fabrication company or a machining company that lets you use their machines to make these videos? I wish I could afford all these machines! I like watching you make this stuff!
yep i was thinking same things about mandrels and/or seams of tubing.. difference of pipe vs tubing is key concept. compared to codework tubing seams will split on backsides or edges of bends and then cold rolled thin wall is stiffer than hot roll twice as thick .. all have martensite and austenitic .. just watch they may be hot bending heavy wrought iron and the exhaust pipe they just bent was demo tubing onhand in off cut pile...
real proper pipe benders use a rolling technique and an *Accurate* former. They crimp the pipe to the correct form with exact shapes. Look at how basic plumbing pipe benders are setup.
Great job guys! 😉
Thank you!! 😁

Can we all take a moment to appreciate how good the video production quality is getting.
Too polished - I prefer real nitty gritty showing details

The music gave dizziness, too loud for my taste. The skills and build remarkable !!
