Hahah the ginger guy and myself watching this for the third time I think.
Really like these set of harrows
Father’s Day is coming up 😉👍
That’s a tidy Harrow and dead handy, you wouldn’t think twice about throwing it on for a 10 minute job, great investment. 👏👏👏👏
Your channel is great to watch on a sunday
👏👏👏👏👏 it’s Sunday so it’s Adrian 👍
Ya it is
Except demonstration with good explanation Adrian. Value of vegetation makes perfect sense! Thank you for sharing.
Great video again Adrian keep up the good work. Life is a learning curve and it always nice to be nice, sometimes with the world the way things are people forget. Again great channel
Yes I’m a big believer of that, but unfortunately greed is like a disease
I wanted to compliment your camera gal, she did a great job.
A great video as always Adrian keep up the good work 👍
Great vlog again A,that looks like a handy bit of kit...Can't wait for the restoration series, very easy to lose trust in people but there are a lot of good decent folks still out 👍
Chickweed is a pain. I’ve got an issue with it here too. It’s because plenty of nitrogen being applied every year. Be interested to see how the tine harrowing of the chickweed works out. Spraying works but only for that year. It’s back again following spring
Ya we sprayed it constantly too, back as severe the following spring, our phosphorus levels are a little low so that wouldn’t help, be spreading plenty of lime this year for sure
Keep up the good work, very tidy operater, all machinery and farm spotless
Great video again. Very interesting again. Thanks for putting so much effort in to the videos.
Nice harrow with seeder good performance and investment
great vid adrian love how to channel is progressing
Brilliant as always , great to see her goin well , Sunday best art of weekend now with yourself , Gerry and Phil 👍👍👍👍
i look forward to sunday for the new vid
If you run a cable through the loops in the tines that way if one breaks it won't end up in the chopper
That’s a great idea 👌👍
That Harrow is a great job. I didn't expect the seeder to have as nice a spread pattern but it worked lovely.
Adrian keep up the good work love your videos always looking forward to watching them great work good luck ❤️❤️❤️
Great vid. And good camera work today!!!
Love this. Thank you Sensai
Very enjoyable video...thank you for sharing 👍
We have same type one just a touch bigger and we go contracting with it and so far farmers are delighted with the result of it it has brought us alot of work so must be good
Great video I made a grass Harrow and it was good with the tines but what you have got is a great implement 👍
Harrow looks like a great job
Great stuff Adrian, you have every tool a farmer needs, good luck with it lad!
Well done Adrian and Nicole, another great video. Keep up the good work.
Hello from Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Canada. Great show’s thanks for sharing with us.
Great video Adrian nice Harrow keep up the great work 👌👍🚜🚜🚜🐄🐄🐄
So glad to watch this. Our new ground needs over seeding, but it has A LOT of thatch (been told it doesn't have enough nitrogen to compost the thatch, soil test promotes that). We're going to seed with an annual clover (for nitrogen) and timothy to try to improve the stand for grazing the following year, and wasn't sure what implement (machine) would work best. We'll have to drive a little slower because of the thatch I think. Thank you!! Disc mower... hmmmm...
You won't be disappointed with the tine Harrow. I bought the Opico over twenty years ago, great tool! I wished I'd bought the seeding unit with it at the time too.
It'll go on your Ferguson too.
Excellent purchase and money well spent.👍 We have the same Rakeman 3000 but we changed the broadcaster to an APV airseeder after the first year so we could use it for full reseeds so we could sow and Harrow in one go.
Very good video Adrian 😀
Great work. A set of super single wheels would make a great job of the trailer
Yes wish I had of went with them but I’d have to change the axel to do that now I think
Great video Adrian, best of luck with the new machine, looks a great job 👍
Great to see the grass harrow I thinking of buy one but no one near me to give advice on one nice to see a full reseed job after it
Using germinal seeds great choice
Good video adrian looking foward to the next one
Great video adrian I've been watching you from the start of your videos I'm from a stud farm background and I tell you 1 thing what you have achieved in this time is brilliant the farm you have has just grown with your wisdom from tractors to looking after young calfs I think that harrow is top well done adrian your top
Cheers lad 👍
what a beautiful life!
Top video Adrian. Best of luck with new harrow. 👍
Very informative. Great video.
As always another great video .🚜🇮🇪☘️
Good choice springtine harrows are the best
Good stuff Adrian 💪👍👍👍
Keep us posted in a couple weeks to see the grass seed coming up... I've been thinking of buying one of those Harrows and like u mount a applicator like that on it for doing that with poched paddocks for customers think it's a great idea.
Your voice is all too familiar Adrian. If I’m not watching UA-cam I can still hear your voice on other peoples phones, you’re such a popular banter farmer!!
Great 👍 video good 😌 bit of kit keep them coming stay safe 👍👍🏴🏴👩🌾👩🌾🇬🇧🇬🇧🚜🚜

Great video. That set of harrows did a nice job. Have a great week.
Thinking about getting one myself for our horse paddocks.
Adrian. Did u every try a aerator with a tine harrow on the back off it .was looking at one .just wounding are they a good idea.
Hope poor Nicole wasn't too frozen watching you play with the new toy 😁
No she had her IFarm WeFarm merchandise keeping her warm 🤣🤣
The lovely case
It would be really great if you could do a video with Tom Pemberton, I love watching both of your channels, I think you'd probably have way to much fun together.
Ya never know
Good luck with her
Great video again Adrian and a nice set of harrows, I’ve actually just brought myself a set very similar to your with a seeder just for the same reason you got yours they are a great bit of kit ! Thanks and say safe 👍
Best of luck with it David 👍
The Rakeman APV combination looks a good bit of kit, well wear 👍
Great video.
Great video
thanks adrian
Enjoyed the video.
Amazing video
Class video adrian we got 2 tonne of fertiliser the other day in Maudabawn Co-OP and we have a little case like yours a 1394 and we normally only lift the 1 back when we load it off but this year we lifter 2 bags and she lifted it alright but she struggled😂
Now iv seen it looks like that's a cracking harrow that the wee fergie can earn its keep with. 👍 Without the broadcasting that might make it to heavy 😜. Great video once again sir. Stay safe 🏴 👌 👍
HI WE ARE CURRENTLY IN ISOLATION. MY SON AND HUSBAND LOVE YOUR VIDEOS AND WOULD WATCH YOU ALL DAY. THEY SAID U HAVE SOME PLACE. COULD YOU SAY HELLO TO THOMAS AND TOMÀS ÒG . WE HAVE A SMALL FARM OURSELVES. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK 👍
Keep up the good work mate
Hi Adrian. Yes great little Harrow. Have you ever sown clover with it. I wonder what settings I need to go at with the air seeder. If you have any idea it would very much appreciated.
Thanks
Irvin
You should post more often!
I feel your pain with the weather, I thought I was being smart planting a few turnips mid march because it was that mild, they sprouted and coming along fine until this frost and snow came and looks like they have all died. Now it's just a waiting game on the weather breaking and heating up the soil
thanks for the video I have a jarmet the same as the one you had and I am thinking of going the route you are going.. nice to see what you think
Nice vid 👍.
For next year you should look into a combination of urea and 0 7 30 for to grow your first cut silage. Urea isn’t popular but still a cheaper way to grow first cut silage but not suitable to grow second cut as the weather is normally too warm for efficient use of urea
Great interesting video. Looking forward to following the journey of the little Fergie. Have you ever had any soil leaching issues?
Nicole with the merch 🤣
Tried harrowing chickweed with heavy Hackett harrow made no impression on the bloody stuff so we sprayed it off best cure
Also on ground that wasn't receded for years . I was blaming it's getting burnt during the hot years after cutting. As it seemed to come out of no where
Great Job on the video but do you have to do the vintage work on a Sunday, it never got anyone ahead.
Can you sow Grass and white Clover seed mixed in the APV ??
I live in Sligo and I milk 120 cows we had 12 cases of milk fever and 4 helled cleanings last year and we found this mineral called magcloride and it stops milk fever and helled cleanings and this year we have had 0 milk fever or helled cleanings just wanted to tell you thanks
Hi there.
New SUB'r.
Question...
Does the speed of the seed tender increase and decrease with the speed of the tractor.? Or do you manually change the speed with the box it comes with.?
Cheers.
LOVE THE VIDS
KEEP'EM COMING
RICH(UK) 🥰🥰🥰.
How if the Ferguson going
They're a great wee tool Adrian, I have an MDP100 mounted on mine. Chickweed is a big issue this year, I can't understand why. Would you consider buying a handy GPS, good tool for spreading and spraying.
Probably wouldn’t have the acres to justify one but there a great tool to have
Surprised the trailer has brakes, rare on trailers that old, how do you find the double up tyres to travel on soft ground would it be better to travel than a super single
I felt quite guilty when you mentioned the last part 😬
Ya if I was getting one made again I'd definitely go for the super singles for sure, much easier on ground for sure. Can't beat having good brakes
@@IFarmWeFarm would you consider flotations? Especially important on the newer tractors where the manufacturers say the brakes on the trailer are supposed to stop them, rather than make the brakes on the tractor better and last longer 😕
Glad you found an implement you like
That seems to do the job. Hate chickweed.
Hi lydia good luck with your channel, are you going to do different subjects to Keith or similar uploads
Thanks Adrian, who’s Keith?
@7.50 you've a power a grass on there!
Only on that field, never seen our silage ground look so bad and bear
Our Wheels keep bursting no matter how easy you lower it. Solid wheels would be a better job
Your restoration video is private just so you know unless it’s just mine
Hello Adrian are you from cavan because I think I met you before don't have to answer
Will you roll that silage ground?
No not this year, ground was just to wet
@@IFarmWeFarm we need to see a bit of heat coming soon to.
Would the chickweed be due to the PK ratio being wrong in the silage fields? Have you soil tested recently?
I remember a neighbour telling me he had it due to soil being low in P, I think.
Yes our phosphorus level where low in our last soil samples, we will be applying plenty of lime this year to rectify that. But I don’t think that’s main reason. Hope it is though
Is there a big cost difference on the harrows
Wouldn’t this be a great way for a young lad to make a few quid. Small tractor and the Harrow surly it’s worth a €100 for ten acres? Any farmer would benefit from getting the fields harrowed but they might not have the time to do it. Anyways Adrian another great video 👏
Have you ever been to Cavan?
@ thankfully I’ve only driven through it.. 😂
What size of Hp do you need for it it looks like a great job. Do
Very little, my little Ferguson 20
Would pull it for sure
Would it pull out docs
Good question, even if it damaged them it would be worth the money
Docks have some of the deepest roots of any weeds, I could be wrong but I doubt it would even put a dent in them 😉
@@chucklesx if that's true then yea
