Hi Maya, great and thanks! I have about half of these items (finally, thanks to a friend of mine grabbed me and hauling me down the aisles). Definitely need the rest. My hair is very fine (family genes) so it does tangle and break easily. Anything that helps me get my hair to grow more and grow longer is just what I need. And yes, natural is best, don't use heat treatment and live healthily are all key. Thanks again!
Secret #1 take testosterone blockers so you don't lose your hair! Two drawbacks of cis, and trans-maledom, is thick neck hair and head hair loss! I am fine with my gender at birth, but am envious of women, having less body and more top of the head hair. Keep up the good content, and best wishes! it’s common knowledge at this point that biotin has nothing to do with hair grow. taking biotin only works for people who have biotin deficiency, which is very small percentage of people, because of that the companies could claim that biotin can help with the hair grow, and people wasting their money and time on this.
Same as 95% of vitamins and minerals marketed these days. It's all bollocks. You only need these things if your body is defficient.
You can have deficiencies from HRT and SRS so I don’t really know what your point is. If you don’t notice a difference then don’t take them! Doesn’t mean they won’t help others. I noticed my hair and my nails becoming brittle over the past couple years and supplements helped.
@@Mayavhenry biotin is famous fake cure for hair loss, if you noticed some kind of changes in your hair it’s not because of biotin, it’s because anything else that you take, or your diet. Taking biotin blindly is a waste of your time, if your doctor didn’t tell you that you deficient

Your body changes dramatically over the years to the negatives that the female body biologically has for being female. Some worse than others depending on how much testosterone is still balanced & regulated in your body.
Testosterone actually helps keep hair and nails stronger (& bones to), lack of it? Causes deficiencies to occur and need to be addressed by case by case reasoning.
She is talking about what SHE does for herself and her advice for those issues being Trans. Which means? A good percentage of Trans on HRT/(& after SRS’s) have these types of issues, & she addresses them that helps her. (& oddly? I do the same things she does for hair to when I can afford it lol…) 🤗🤗🤗
(Side note- I definitely avoid dying/bleaching my hair, it super dries my hair so badly now, that it becomes curly tangled in the shower due to the dryness is so bad from it)

That sounds like the perfect amount! I would say if you are someone who tends to have a super active lifestyle and tend to shower your hair everyday, don’t always use shampoo and maybe just opt for additional masks. Shampooing should only be done every 3 days max in my opinions.

Hey! I LOVE your channel! *Thinning Hair, Hair Loss and Baby Hairs* - Almost 42% of people may suffer from Vitamin D3 which can result in hair loss. "Baby hairs" at the hairline may be a sign of Vitamin deficiency. Lack of of other vitamins could be the cause, but vitamin D3 is the most common. Testing can be done through a Doctor for deficiency. Take D3 with Magnesium.
*My Hair Journey* For the past 4.5 months I've been using 5000 IU of D3 daily (about $0.06/day) definitely makes you HAPPIER, increases immunity AND strengthens and regrows HAIR! Besides Oil from food, D3 uses Magnesium to process it in the body. I also take 500 mg of Magnesium (extra strength. Regular Strength is 250 mg). About 20 years ago it was known that D3 blocks the enzyme that converts Testosterone to DHT (bad causes thinning and balding). I had issues with my hair and started this dosage. By 6 weeks you see a difference, by 3 months you have a good idea about what you might expect AND after that things got even better. I had a small area of balding, receding hairline with fine baby hairs that filled in. A missing cowlick, and hair in front of my ears returned with new hairs lowering my top hairline by 1/4 inch. I have taken D3 (500IU) for 4.5 months. My hair is more dense. And hairline "Baby Hairs" have grown out. *Smile*

The only way you will see hair growth that fast will be with a magic wand. It takes time to grow beautiful hair. Since everyone's hair is different, you may have to go online and do your research and experiment a little and see what works best for you.
