In the Swiss Steak recipe after the salt and pepper you added 1 1/2 tsps of something but you didn't say what it is. Can you please tell me what it was? Thanks

Have you considered putting a package of prefrozen spinach instead of fresh? They come in a fancy packed square that I think would fit into that freezer bag nicely. :)

Can you tell me what size bags please, also can I ask why you dont add the broth at the time of cooking it?
We use gallon size freezer safe bags.
Mrs.C At the Creek they are gallon size bags and for me I add the broth to the bag so I don’t have to worry about not having it at time of cooking or forget it, it’s just easier.

They're actually a product that I had produced and put on Amazon. There's a few left here: amzn.to/31uMjNK Once they run out, we probably won't bring them back. We do love them though!

why didn't you sprinkle the ranch powder on the pork chops before adding to the bags?
How long do you cook the hb soup?
I believe it was for 5 minutes.
Did you label the bags???
Yes, I just wrote on them by hand that time, but I had printed labels I could have taped on or printed on label paper that would have worked as well.
