- CHARLES SMITTON plays "THE KASHMIRI SONG" (PALE HANDS I LOVED)
composed by AMY WOODFORD-FINDON from "FOUR INDIAN LOVE LYRICS",

Charles was born in Liverpool in November 1925 and started playing the organ age 10 years.
His first professional appointment was at the Curzon Cinema in Liverpool, where he succeeded

Beautiful tune and deliciously mellifluous registrations. A lovely sense of yesteryear.
Lovely to hear him play. I only ever saw him play after his stroke.
Hi Gaye, Yes Charles was a good player but played for the Theatre Organ Club
