This guys flat out amazing,I just found out about him today..pretty cool to find out he played with Jonas Hellborg,Jonas played with my favorite guitarist and main influence Shawn Lane.I'm definitely going to start researching his work,any recommendations of Jens best pieces would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Rudess isn't even close to Jens in terms of variety of phrasing and melodic sensibilities. He sounds like he is trying toooo hard and all his solos sound like a bunch of notes thrown in without a purpose. Jens' solos seem to have a structure even if he deliberately plays absolutely crap!
Jensa and Yngwie used to do some amazing shit back in the day.
