On the SUNBURN, the rays that burn you go through the clouds/ but not the heat rays that make your skin feel hot, thus the paradox of a cloudy day burn where it can be worse than a sunny day burn (mainly because you tend to stay out more) here at South Padre Island, many get Blistering Burns from the sun (25 degrees North/ Tropical enough) Be Careful! it will feel worse the second day.
