    Kindly review Nirala Estate Phase 2 Greater Noida West. Registry is open in this project. It has nearby upcoming Metro Hospital. One of the best location of Greater Noida West and having one of the best club houses of Greater Noida West.

      Yes, Nirala Estate is a good project but cost is very expansive. Cost wise is very high for Noida Extension location.

      Do not buy it is very near to Yamuna river and hindon. Your electronic and AC appliances will fail within a year due to toxic fumes and you can imagine the impact on your lungs

      Mr. Ankhush, is duniya mein kisi ko nahin pata ki market kab girega but rate itne high ho chuke hain ki market to jaroor girega ab agar aapka budget accha hai to aap jaroor invest kijiye magar yadi aapne pahle se hi invest kar rakha hai to ye mat samjhiye ki market nahin girega. Jo cheej bhadti hai wo girti bhi hai.
