Please make a review on Crossings Republik Township, adjacent to Noida Extension but Bang on NH-24 Expressway. Rates are reasonable, flats are spacious, free hold societies, lots of Markets, schools & Greenery.
I can share my experience of crossing republik…crossing me rates already peak kar chuke hai isliye abhi market me jo rate hai wo reasonable hi lagega…crossing me koi naya project as such hai nahi….societies on an average 10 years old hai…or housing complex koi bhot ache se maintained bhi nahi hai..unki halat dekh ke samajh ajata hai…secondly crossing ke area ke mukable usme kafi zyada density hai matlab kaafi saari families hai…crossing ki connectivity to greater noida bhot congested hai…shaberi market wale route me din bhar jam laga rehta hai…gurdwara road wali sadak pe bhi jam rehta hai or wo road itni chaudi bhi nahi hai….sabko ghum ke nh24 wali side se hi mostly jana padta hai….sabse bada concern lekin ye hai ki abes college ke samne carbon continental ki factory hai jaha se crossing ki taraf aane wala dhuan bhot sara carbon in societies me jama kar raha hai jis se aage chalke dikkate ayengi hi ayengi….aap agar ek flat lete hai to aapbhi chahenge ki uska future me rate bade lekin crossing me ab jo rate hai uspe aapko layout to mil jayega resale me lekin appreciate nahi karega wo
I believe Rapid Rail Metro from Gaz to Jewar would also appreciate Noida Extension market, kindly share your thoughts
