a couple of notes Tesla Bullet has am unlisted cooldown of 0.35 seconds so assuming you are landing all your shots fire rate past 12 will not increase your tesla dps by proc chance even with ricochet and cooldown reduction (like most proc items), the bebop uppercut free reload/bullet add seems to be once per actual reload (QS reload and Melee Charge dont seem to reset it but Active Reload does) and stacks with the melee Charge over-mag Tesla only really scales off Spirit so id probably go a melee package for early game, grab tesla, then tranistion to intensifying mag and pick up the t4 greens to just be annoyying and tanky while just sustaining them down then grab spiritual overflow when i need damage since tesla is giving me all the farm i need
You know I really thought I was onto something but this is important information I really needed. Thanks. In more recent games I've tried getting Spiritual Overflow much faster with Mystic Vulnerability to good DPS results, but also need to experiment with weapon damage more as well.
I was doing a similar thing on vindicta before they nerfed her attack speed twice. It felt quite good at the time but things have changed quite a bit with the changes to her
I liked the idea of the build so I made and published a version of it on Deadlock. Slight adjustments made but basically the same so more people can try it out ♥
Quicksilver Reload is awesome on his bombs. You hook bomb and free reload. Mostly on bomb due to it being more likely to be up in a prolonged fight. Heavy melee is similar, as I think it can trigger from you're grapple / uppcut?
Wouldnt the high innate rate of fire make getting extra RoF items kind of irrelevant for tesla bullets, since it already has a limit to how often it can proc?

I'm telling you now, play Bebop with full SP + Lifesteal. You become entirely unstoppable, your 2 oneshots people, and when you ult, you become effectively immortal due to just how much lifesteal you have. Stack Duration on your 4 and Range+Bonus SP on your 2, and any cooldown lowering shit on 3. Full rotation is Hook -> Bomb -> Uppercut away
the frenzy vs tesla bullet comparison is redundant, maybe read the items before doing something like this next time (more than half of the item's worth is applied if you are below 50% health lol)

quick heads up for measuring dps, in the console you can input "hud_damagemeter 1" to get a dps meter next to your crosshair

Build is called "On-Hit/Hybrid Bebop" or you can also find it by searching Cryo in the search bar as I've credited him.

I'm not sure what it would do. The beam is already instant, and I've tested if it improves range at all, so any other benefit is beyond me.
