I am more concerned with the fact he has an airplane inside of him. Someone straight up crashed into a g-max Garbador.

Other Gigantamax pokemon are event boosted rates, normal ones are a 5% chance.

It's RNG, sometimes it takes 5 minutes and sometimes It takes hours

All g-max Pokemon have the same spawn chance (5%) unless there is an event that is currently going on that raises that chance for certain ones. Also, all g-max Pokemon only spawn in rare dens, except during events for certain ones. It took me about an hour to find g-max Garbador. It took me 3 hours to find a g-max Alcremie. It is sheerly rng as to how long it takes to find a g-max Pokemon. You were just having bad luck with g-max Garbodor.

This thing literally never spawns I've waited for years. I've owned the game since day one. And whenever I do see it which is twice its someone else's raid that they code locked for their friends

Does the weather in the area matter? I keep rolling into Toxel, Salandit and Skorupi. Only 5 badges here, just enough to get it at 3 star.

There are only a few gigantamax pokemon you can use in ranked at the moment. Charizard , butterfree , corviknight , snorlax , centiskorch and a couple others are allowed.

That is some seriously bad luck. Did you make sure the raid den beam is rare (purple and transparent)? They will likely do an event for one sometime in the future, but if you want to get one sooner, if I happen to find another one I will trade it to you. If you have something worth while trading I will avidly seek it out for you though, instead of just trading it to you if I happen to come across it.
