- I'm going to show you the best method to catch Gigantamax Pokémon right now. And also where you can find all their dens. We'll cover the locations of Charizard, Butterfree, Machamp, Gengar, Kingler, Lapras, Snorlax, Garbodor, Corviknight, Orbeetle, Drednaw, Coalossal, Flapple, Appletun, Sandaconda, Centiskorch, Hatterene, Grimmsnarl, Alcremie, Copperajah, Duraludon and Ditto!

As context, it took me 2 days to get grimsnarl. It took me 10 minutes to get Machamp. Still works

One time i found a gmax Butterfree, then it escaped from the pokeball.
i found ANOTHER BUTTERFREE in the den next to the previous one
It Escaped...

The gigantamax i found so far is just drednaw and sandaconda, except miauw and pikachu, i don't know how to find the other gigantamax

BenXC please help me out here. So basically first you go to a den, then throw a wishing piece, then press the home button and check if there’s a purple beam and then if there is a beam you skip 1 day ahead?

BenXC ok but do you know how you can press the ‘Y’ button and it gives you a selection of trading and search for stamps? It said someone was searching for a hand toxtricity battle and I joined in but when I pressed start challenge it all of a sudden said there are no participants so does that mean they’ve already finished the raid battle

I literally just got G-Max Charizard in a max raid battle and btw the chances ARE exactly 100 out of 100 for catching a G-Max Pokémon when you're the host. if you're not the host, use a Master ball
Is there a specific point in the game that will allow you to get gmax or 5 stars or can you get them once you finish the game
The ability to stumble across them unlocks when you've beaten the game.

So far I have Butterfree and Centiskorch. Took 3 tries for Butterfree and twice for Centiskorch.
This is essentially hard resetting for shiny starters in a nutshell, but with extra steps.
I have giga butter free because they appeared in like all my dens a couple weeks back
7:40 i am having the same problem. I've reset the Lapras den with a purple beam over 600 times and not one gmax. I don't know what to do anymore, I got all the others within 30

Also, it’s because your glitching too much so like theirs kinda like a limit to glitching
Does it need to be a certain weather to catch certain gigantimax pokemon also can you do a list on the new if their are any if you have the chance, sorry I just got the game and is really interested in this stuff

I was looking for sandaconda gmax, the first time I put it in and it wasn’t gmax the next day I went back and it reset and I got the gigantimax form!

no hard feelings towards you Ben, you're the man. I'm just venting because I WAS hyped for the switch game before it was Sword and Shield.
Yeah I'm also not a fan of this mechanic. The battles are just pretty boring and take longer than they'd need to (you could just spam the A button automatically and nothing would change).
