I love your designs, especially the loft beds.
A suggestion: while designing wardrobes, try to fix the mirrors on the inside of the wardrobe door, if the placement is such that the bed will be reflected in the mirror.
One has to be careful about what is reflected in mirrors - a bed, a fireplace or kitchen gas burner, the washroom door, are an absolute no-no, because mirrors have a multiplying effect. When a person sleeping on a bed is reflected, it is said to cause serious illness & can be fatal. When a fire is reflected, it indicates destruction - whether it's money, relationships, reputation . . .
Instead mirrors should reflect the dining table or a place where fruits are generally placed, a work table, plants, family photos, a prayer space . . . Mirrors can be very sensitive in architecture.
Thank you. Please note that I am aware of these Feng Shui "rules" on mirrors in bedrooms. In my opinion, Feng Shui does not always apply especially when the space is so limited. And not everyone in this world believes in Feng Shui. Thanks, though.

Beautiful design! Perfect finishes! But too narrow. The front door should lead into a hallway with the living room on one side. The washer and dryer can be stacked inside the storage cupboard underneath the stairs instead of outside. Beautiful upstairs balcony but it's the size of a bedroom. A smaller balcony and another bedroom upstairs would work. If you do a similar design with these changes I'll buy the plan from you. I need 1500 sq ft or more!

我對設計也很喜歡，學設計基本上自己要有美學概念要懂得設計討好客戶，對我來說學設計我沒有藝術細胞，設計有平面設計，立體設計，顏色對比，裝飾品擺設位置，這跟學畫畫也是有點關係，畫畫有素描也是有3D立體畫，油畫，水彩畫，玻璃畫，國畫等等，~這間房子設計很高雅很有氣質，擺設物品屬於立體，構圖是平面設計，我沒有學設計方面只學樂器而已，我不太懂美學不過稍微看懂一點點基本美學概念

Think it's a Philipino thing, but having double or queen sized beds pushed up against the wall means one person has to climb over another person to get up an go to the bathroom during the night. Not an ideal or pleasant situation. You need a minimum of 30cm, preferably 45cm to allow the person sleeping near the wall to be able to get up without disturbing their sleeping partner.
When the space is limited, placing the bed with one side against the wall is practical.
I totally agree. All beds should have room around the beds, for ease of use and practically, to make it easier to remake the beds in the morning. Nothing is worse than beds next to walls. Also I believe that all cupboards should be floor to ceiling to provide for extra storage. One more thing, each house should have a separate laundry with a tub, inside the house. These three things are essential for practicality, enjoyment and ease of living. Also, I like houses finished off with cornices and skirting boards, otherwise it looks unfinished. This is just my opinion. Maybe others don't agree. To each his own, I guess.

Talaga. Masaya naman din ang architecture. Just be prepared for sleepless nights and stressful days during college. It will be worth it in the end lalo na pag licensed kana. The amount of respect you get from other people is incredible.
