I did get some codes like 53 this means the ram speed doesn’t match I think that’s true because I set my bios to high load oC (it’s a preset) it sets my ram and cpu speed to 105% on top of the oC I forgot to turn this down (and both of my bios are screwed) (asus rampage iv extreme) (i7 3820) if I don’t turn it down my ram will need to run faster than 1800mhz and they can’t

I took am old Inspiron 560 that had a password on the BIOS. I tried forever to figure it out. I followed the third step by taking battery out and putting back and it was literally able to change my boot settings F12. Thanks man!!!!

Hey, after installing new, probably unsupported ram sticks into my pc, I realized they were at a higher frequency than my old ones. After that, my pc wouldn’t boot and wouldn’t connect to the monitors, even after putting in the old ram stick. The RAM sticks I got were both 8gb and were nearly the exact same model except they are 3000hz instead of 2400hz. The question is, do I restart my bios with the old ram stick, or the new ram sticks?

I tried to update BIOS on my MSI X570-A Pro to latest and went to BIOS by pressing delete and click on BIOS flash and have update on USB flash and it asked me to reboot so didn't yet install any update. if your pc loses power during bios update the motherboard can be only fixed if you send it back to the manafacturers also what did you do seeing as this is 3 months later how did you solve this problem?

@@xY78dpfG3 i figured it out. Here's the thing. Your ryzen 3600 isn't the 3600g which means it doesn't have built in graphics. You're going to either need an apu which is a cpu and gpu built in or an actual gpu

some say to take the CMOS battery out for 5-30 minutes. detach unnecessary booting devices from your motherboard and bring the PC down to 1 stick of ram. then do the CMOS trick. Hope that works for you.

Hmmmm, sounds like the battery may need replacing, or there is a permanent jumper clearing the CMOS or something.
That's an option in the bios if you go on advance settings\boot auto CLR_CMOS

boss, when u reset the bios, do u need to take out your components on your motherboard?

You'll have a battery in there! Take it out for a few seconds and pop back in. Also, do you get any beeps when trying to boot up?

Continuously hold down the F2 button while turning on the machine and you should get into the bios.

Maybe you have a Gigabyte. It does that. Settings are in flash, cant be reset. Battery is clock only
