My Battle With Depression

So I have been dealing with depression. This wasn't the easiest video to record or even the easiest thing to vocalize. I'm not gonna beat around the bush though either, I didn't really hold back while talking about this. Its really scary to have these sort of thoughts or have literally all your self confidence just drain away. Thankfully I had my wife there for me through all of this.
