Many of us Indians come to Canada seeking a better standard of living, but often bring along bad civic habits and resist adapting to the cultural norms of this new country. Some even refuse to learn the Canadian way of life, unintentionally transforming parts of it to resemble aspects of India and unfortunately not the good part.

Please don’t overlook his last point. Nose blindness is real. I understand why many of you don’t notice the smell. Deodorant isn’t the norm where you come from. I get it. But we suffer for it. I’m not trying to be rude. Please please use deodorant.
Even Deodorant wont help, in some cases it could make it worse because the food that many indians eat is overloaded with spices. Also the religon of hindusim itself is a dirty thing, just look at mumbai as an example amongst other places in india and see hows it relies on caste system where those in the lower castes are doomed to live in this caste forever as slaves to the higher castes. Which means eating food that is barely even nutritious, thus to cover up the lack of nutrition they load it with spices so as to make low nutrition seem delectable. However it does nothing to address the main problem. Thus many who practice this vile religon see problems as god, even diefying them in various emanations and worshipping upon these various idols of problems feet. This to them is a refuge from having to endure the problem, they say 'if we cant fix the problem, then we must worship the problem so that the problem can protect us from the problem' this is their solution. This is the mentality of those who have inherited this disease for a religon that is hinduism. I am an Canadian and I think you make great points. Though I have always lived in predominately white neighborhoods both my previous neighbors and my current neighbor are from India. Both wonderful neighbors. Also where I used to live there was an older grandfather who came to Canada from India and when I would walk my kids to school he would walk with me when he walked his grandchildren. He had trouble speaking English but tried so hard. And I admired how hard he was trying to learn English. I don't think most Canadians hate Indians. In the past I would mostly hear people talking positively about people who came to Canada from India. But I think things are changing due to the points you mentioned . Canadians are typically happy to have people come from different countries and share their culture and especially their food with us. But I think so long as there is mutual respect for each other's cultures. I think many Canadians are feeling like that has changed. That people in the past would come over from India and would share their culture with us while also having respect for the ways things are done in Canada. And they would also be friendly towards Canadians and people from other countries. But from other Canadians I have spoken to. It feels like so many have come over from India in such a short time that they don't feel it necessary to learn how things are done in Canada or to get to know Canadians and other people from other countries living in Canada.
the immigrants are coming because white people don't know the importance of family and raising children and they population is decrying and the state taking advantage of this
As Indo Canadian myself, I can totally resonate with your sentiment. It is the quantity over quality. Our diaspora takes pride in being positive net contributors with least crime, most educated etc. But these last two years have been disastrous. All our years of hard work is now going in vain because of the new entitled generation. I understand India is growing economically but it is not there yet. People's mindset especially from rural areas is a bit rustic and when they travel, and behave entitled, we have a problem. This is not only unCanadian but against Indian Culture too. They are misfit in tier 1 and tier 2 Indian cities too.
Even though people joke about deodorant, that smell is waaay more than not wearing deodorant. The people that smell aren't showering and washing their hair often, neither are they washing their cloths often as well. As you and everyone said, it;'s a cultural thing
Yup… the smell hits you like a thick WALL, and it’s amazing that the people who smell don’t notice it at all. When you’re INSIDE a bubble, you don’t notice it. It’s just their norm. Like obesity in Chicago… no one questions it.
I understand the sentiment of a native people but judging and speaking hatefully against all Indians is not fair. It’s the job of the government to enforce laws and not let people take advantage of loopholes. But right now, their incompetence has caused so much racial hatred towards a lot of good people in Canada.
Great video! I agree all points you mentioned. Im doing my part by receiving these scam calls and scolding these scammers as to how they are ruining our reputation. And immediately report it to authorities
I agree with all your points. This is exactly what is happening. I have very good friends from India that I met when we were students and this is why I feel bad that this is happening. I really hope things change for your community. Best Regards Bro

There has been an increase in Indians but that is Canada, every few years there is a big influx of a certain group, in the old days it was Irish, in the 90s it was Hong Kong people, 2000s China people, Now its Indians. Next it will probably be africans or South Americans. Indians are not bad people, they work hard, and not complain about it. Can you imagine if Tim Hortons only had white anglo Canadian karens working there? Nothing will get done.
One seriously Indian reputation damaging practice is the Indian apartment or house rental ads that specifically say "All are welcome to apply, although Indian preferred". Now, let me reverse that ad: "All are welcome to apply, although Whites preferred". Which one triggered you more reading it? First one, second one...both? For me, both trigger me.
If there was massive immigration from Poland, then Canadians would want the Polish people to leave. It's not about race, it's about numbers; there are just too many people flooding into the country too quickly, we don't have the infrastructure in place to support so many people coming in. Housing, healthcare, roads, schools, we just don't have enough spare excess capacity.
International students are not responsible if you don't have sufficient infrastructure, houses, roads, schools, hospitals that's the responsibility of your government, International students never entered Canada in an illegal way, every student entered Canada with legal documents they never enter in Canada by illegal way, each and every international student is paying thousands of dollars to Canadian colleges and universities, the Canadian government generates revenue in billions of dollars and strengthens your economy through this fees paid by international students, So don't blame Indians Or International students for your inconvenience, blame your government they have made study business to earn a lot of foreign exchange from international students fees, if you are fed up with international students blame your government and push pressure on your government to drastically change the Canadian immigration policy and shut down those shops (colleges, universities) running in the name of international education rather than blaming Indians
@@PatelVilayatCanada can't bring all the unemployed Indians to Canada, India population is huge burden, they have to fix their overpopulation problems themselves they've created in the first place, how many millions are the unemployed in India?

Apologizing is fine but completely changing your tone is not correct Some of the comments you are agreeing to like Rachel’s comment is not correct.who is setting up the culture. Rules yes they need to be followed. But culture is meant to spread and embraced not to be FOLLOWED. There have been influx of people like when Canada was colonized , the First Nations people where pushed to a corner by their ancestors not to LIVE and let live like today. So don’t justify lame things, not cool. Do some reading all of you. Also I would to say again that rules and laws need to be followed don’t break them, but don’t school people how to live
Ya, the First Nations that was a mistake but forms of this have happened all across the world. If I moved as a white male to say even india… I would 100% adapt and learn the new culture. Become part of it and also keep who I am and my own culture. But that’s not what I see happening and truly do not care what you think, that’s wrong. Our culture has been smothered out by India culture. It’s literally everywhere. It’s stressful and can be scary for native Canadians as there country is dramatically changing. Basically Canadians are being culture shocked in there very own country. There is WAY WAYYYY to many Indians here. Your comparison btw is from settler times. Use something more current. Also don’t use an event that’s historically bad, because then your comparison is basically saying that Indian moving here is also bad.

Very catchy Rap song: "Unbelievable Brampton drivers causing chaos on the streets"
Totally agree with all the points, Canada really needs to increase its standard for immigration.
immigration is false model you cannot bring people from other countries into your own countrie
They also like yo segregate themselves and purposely not include others
They need it to click when told "move to the rear of the bus" instead of looking like deer in headlights and jump to give their seats to others on Skytrains.
Apologizing is fine but completely changing your tone is not correct
Some of the comments you are agreeing to like Rachel’s comment is not correct.who is setting up the culture.
Yes this guy is presenting what he knows
Despite how it happened, even if it’s shameful, we have established a nation which all newcomers need to adapt to or else it’s a mess.

I think this is one of the most poorest interpretation ever if such situation... Post COVID Canadians need people to work and they started using Indians as a source and filled in all their needs with their work.. Now it is all stable and running good... They want to stop it... How is it selfishness and greed? All these visas are tagged as TEMPORARY...not sure if people understand that word.
Fun fact: there are 300 - 600k people living in Canada with expired visas, and the immigration minister wants to make them permanent residents
i believe canadian government did not force any indian individual to come to canada, they did it by their choice.
