Introduction to the Consumer Directed Care Plus (CDC+) Program - June 8, 2019

Have you ever wondered what CDC+ is and if it is right for you? The Agency for Persons with Disabilities will provide an overview of the CDC+ program. This presentation will provide you with an introduction to CDC+ and give a brief overview of program requirements.
