I was diagnosed by a dr with a disability and i was abuse from the time i was a toddler to the time i moved out, and living on my own, when i was already in my early 20s

I took my daughter to her mental health exam with social security . We received a letter today saying she qualify for CMS. She’s 9 & they are referring her. Still haven’t received a decision about her getting social security benefits. Is this normal/a good thing?

I’m abused a lot at restaraunts by employees they disrespect me talk to me rudely and are gracious to everyone else and I got kicked out of mazzios after they verbally shamed me in front of everyone can someone help me? PLEASE address the lack of services for disabled in GULF COUNTY. We need a daycare for adults to gather and socialize, to have field trips, etc. It is like Port St. JOE hides the disabled. Transportation is the only thing offered.

Sadly after this park has recently reopened, I visited this park on Memorial Day 2022. No one was making sure that entry fee was paid. Tourists we coming in and using the parking lot and beach access. Very sad.

Speech Pathology is the poorest division in Miami-Dade. Our Adm.ignored the fact of C.A.R.D. is in the umbrella to support and assist students.

We are leaving our students behind. Sad-True. I was forced to fight hard to stand at least for my son's freedom rights to an inclusive environment.
