This is a powerful message, Candice! Your emphasis on the immediacy of awareness resonates deeply. I appreciate how you challenge the notion of seeking enlightenment as something "out there." It makes me think about the concept of the "Witness" - that silent observer within each of us that's always present, aware of all thoughts and experiences without judgment. Cultivating this Witness consciousness, through practices like meditation or simply mindful moments in daily life, can help us recognize that inherent unity you speak of. When we truly connect with the Witness, we see beyond the illusion of separation and recognize our shared humanity. It's like we're all tuning into the same frequency, realizing that the same awareness that animates me also animates you and everyone else. This realization can be a powerful catalyst for compassion, understanding, and ultimately, a more harmonious world. Thank you for this insightful talk. It's a beautiful reminder to simply be present and rest in the awareness that already is.
...e da un po' che il pensiero mi riporta al fatto che nulla sia stato fatto come dovrebbe ESSERE...poiché ci sovrapponiamo A ciò che È di per Sé PERFETTO ❤❤❤
Duality is necessary for existing. One dot that lived on its own would not be able to discern itself nor have any meaning. But the work is long, and the avoidance of the entire journey is easy. This is certainly not the teaching of any ancient sage.
Necessary for who? Buddhism calls that "the two truths"; the illusory truth, conceptual and dependent and the ultimate truth, emptiness. The teaching feels pretty solid to me...
Candice 'O Denver 🙏 The human body is a living organism, evolves with its super intelligence curated in its DNA by evolution; Which is by natural selection, to prioritise survival and perpetuation of the species to maintain its status quo of continuity, not extinction. For example, say when the body is hungry, it is instinctual to look for food to eat, when thirsty, to drink. A person with knowledge (cultural inputs from education, parents, peers or society) in body & mind - label it as hunger or thirst; And to think there is a self or someone in the body & mind - acting to eat when hungry to overcome hunger or to drink when thirsty. Actually there is no self or no one is there to eat or drink. The body & mind just eats or drinks when the biological needs arise. For suffering, by knowledge a human thinks there is a self or someone to suffer or is suffering in body & mind. To overcome it, is to seek & practice to find a way out ie self Enlightenment. But in fact, there is no one or self in body & mind at all, to need to practice, transform & realize to be enlightened. Because all things are what it is - no-thing appearing as everything. All that is - is just what it is! 😊🙏🙇♂️🌷
Love what Candice says about points of view - that if we only see the particular point of view, we are seeing an incomplete picture because the origin and substance of our point of view is always awakened awareness. Peace and love bros and sis’s ✌🏽🩵 (Oh and she also said that our points of view are simply “the dynamic energy” of Awareness - it’s like what did you think?? that Awareness would be a couch potato and just sit there all day??)
ALL COMMENTS ARE WELCOME, Thank you! ❤❤
