Our true nature is and has always been Perfect Awareness. The only practice to realize our true nature is to rest as Awareness, for short moments, repeated many times, until Awareness becomes continuous.
Resting as Awareness means stopping thinking for a moment, relaxing the mind, and recognizing always present Awareness in all circumstances.
"See all as awareness until all is awareness"
By watching these talks and resting as Awareness whenever we remember to do so, conviction dawns that there only is Awareness.

Candice, you are the only one who makes perfect sense. Resting in awareness is a brilliant answer to those who feel they must do something. I do not believe that the ego can wake up because it does not exist. What happened to me was becoming aware or "remembering" who I am. That changed my life completely, knowing that the "I" is dead, and all there is is the I Am or Self.
Thank you I’ve been noticing the word “Rest” for about a year now. As if I were being guided to rest. Thank you for this video, it is just what I needed at this time. ❤ This all makes so much sense.

I find more and more that I take a holiday from my ego driven world and just rest in awareness, even though I don't really know what I am doing when I do this. I just know that I am aware and that my awareness is not dependent or reliant on thoughts, and I rest as that. Saying this makes it like I am doing something, but there is no one to do anything, there is just awareness resting, being aware of being aware.

That very concept of moment to moment imprisons you to the wheel of life! The moment to moment implies time line from past, present and future! The True Presence is beyond time, and it is indivisible and it is whole! The idea of moment to moment, which is only a thought in you, cannot arise in The Presence!!
