Unplug USB cables and wait for a little while for the device driver to be unloaded by Windows, and then plug the device back in. Try using a different USB port on your PC.

Processor cleaning பண்ணி பார்த்தேன், புதிய thermal paste போட்டு பார்த்தேன். Ram cleaning பண்ணி போட்ட பிறகும் boot ஆகுது, windows logo screen loading ஆகுது, அப்புறம் sudden off ஆகி விடுகிறது..திரும்ப power button on பண்ணினால், உடனே power off ஆகி விடுகிறது.. அப்போ என்ன தான் problem ஆக இருக்கும்?
Ok,.today i checked with computer technician as my processor fan not seated properly as one leg is loosy, bent, so i changed new processor fan and also new 2GB DDR2 RAM, now booting well
