QUICK & EASY This is my problem plz help. I turn on the pc it’s stays on for a minute the. Turns of then it immediately turns back on then it stays like that. Also when the pc is on. I have no display. I hear the pc is running and the mother is brand new and so is my power supply cause I just bought the pc. Any tips would be helpful. Also the small wires that u used for the thumb for me are kinda mixed up could that be the reason due to my problem. Plz reply

Dear Quick & Easy. I build recently a new pc With MSI b450 pro vdh plus Mobo. When I shutdown system. CPU and PC Case FAN still running on same speed as normal working PC even after shutdown. PC hardware won't turn off properly with shutdown click. I'm totally frustrated with this issue. What do i do. Please help me. Which Step should i take to fix it.

Hello, I have an Ibuypower gaming pc that is about 5 or 6 years old. For the past year or so, my pc will randomly power cycle. The last time it did this, I removed and cleaned the ram, and it started working again. It did this again a few days ago.. I was taking the old ram out and putting in new ram.. upgrading from 8 gbs to 16. When I powered my pc on , it started to power cycle again. Ive even tried putting the old ram back in.. and it still wont stay on. However, if I turn the power supply to 230 volts instead of the 115 volts, it will stay on, but nothing will show up on my screen. Im thinking my issue is that the power supply is dying.. So Ive ordered a new one and will be replacing it this week once I get it. If that still doesnt work, then I'll take it to a computer repair shop. Any other advice? Ive cleaned it, removed the battery, checked all of the wires. Thanks for the info.
had the issue where my pc boots and turns off, then wont turn on unless i keep pushing every cables and same issue turns off randomly in 5 min, after 3 days thinking its my mobo or psu, found it was my cabinate power button.. what i did is unpulg the power cable from mobo and used screw driver to switch the pc on via the jumper on mobo and the problem never came back , cleand the cable for case power switch n put it back in mobo works normal now
Why the power on button on cpu has two switches , I did short 1 switch and pc still working fine..

Which trick worked
Pc is starting by cpu switch & fan also. But cpu is being off after few seconds, but fan is running. To stop fan cpu switch off is not suffient. Main power switch is to be off as required to fan off. Why?

This is really helpful. I just removed the rams, cleaned it and re-installed, double checked the connections and wires then boom. My computer started working again. Thank you.

@@imunico maybe your cmos battery or power supply. My solution is same like your pc. Try many time cleaning ram and using vacuum, air pressure. Later i want buy new battery cmos and i trying. If nothing happen, same problem, maybe i replace new 1 power supply.

I need serious help. I’ve never personally done anything with my computer but I tried replacing the ram with new ram. I attempted to turn on my pc and it immediately turned off. I went back to the old ram and it’s still doing it now

But when I check smps through putting one side of wire in green one and second side wire in black one

Removing my back panel 4 pin connector worked, turns out it was already damaged. Thanks.
@@cuazibo 4-pin fan wire was cut for some reason so I just used the molex connector since it is an old fan lol

I had this problem where my pc turned on for 2 seconds, then turned off automatically. After troubleshooting, it turned out to be the RAM not being properly seated into the RAM slot.

Another tip is to make sure that your CPU fan is on all the way if it is a push pin make sure that the arrows are pointing out or not in words

i found out that the cmos battery had expired, and in the bios settings cpu standby voltage was not set to "auto"

What fixed it for me was I had used a power cable that was already there from the previous PSU.
Once I replaced that one, so ALL of the power cables came WITH the original CPU, it worked.
Figured it out thanks to a random short where a guy fried his system cause he did that with the MB power cable...
