that baleno driver was very lucky to have survived that. also imo trucks should have a speed limiter which is set to 50kmph max, most trucks in our roads are the old leylands which have been serviced on god knows when and because of maintenance issues the brakes often overheat and fail. this could be avoided with mandatory checkups before and after each trip. also, tailgating is really common in our country which also increases the chances of fatality in an accident.

I don't know aap k videos k basis pe law enforcement waale kuch action lete hai ki nehi but mai kuch point add karna chahunga. I am also from west bengal and I was travelling on the same road this morning where this footage is from. I noticed atleast 3 such vehicles (trucks + van) where the people in the cabin were watching movie while driving their heavy vehicles. Saw another recording video whilst driving a loaded mini van. If the focus is on watching movie and shooting videos then such outcome becomes more common place.

There are majority of high road accident happened due to truck driver and in urban roads due to bus drivers. Specially bus drivers think that they are the king of road as they are sitting on a big vehicle, so nothing going to happen them. Also lack of maintenance are the biggest issue from the part of truck or bus owners, resulting for those accidents. These old vehicles doesn't have modern breaking systems or good quality power steering which can avoid some of those accident easily.
