Yea man I had a gang of food and we was getting our fill on so I waited till bt 4th quarter when my nephews came by to break it out and that was literally the nightcap!💯💯

Have you cooked without the tuning plates, I have the same smoker and I took out the plates a while back. I’ve been getting better results.
You know my guy I follow here on UA-cam said the same thing. I've never tried it.. is it more smokey? Temps more consistent throughout?

Are you cooking on the top rack of your LSG? I have the same model and usually cook on the lower rack.
I did this time.. I usually go on the bottom rack because it's not much clearance up there but I was able to slip this on in

I noticed my smoke ring isnt as thick as the horizon special marshall i owned before buying the LSG. The LSG is a better rig overall though.
Dam I'd be scared to see how big that was then! I feel like I always get a pretty nice one on my LSG. Definitely fun to cook on💯
