    Thank You for this vid because the information is real and gives hope of restoration to my vision. Peripheral vision to me is needed in a crowd, just walking down a street. I was diagnosed with 25-30 percent of my peripheral vision gone and told "once it is gone, it is gone with no recovery". My intention is to start doing the exercises in this vid to improve my vision in all angles.

    I've been thinking about doing something like this. I was born with a condition that has really affected my macular vision (I can't drive anymore) but my peripheral vision is still pretty normal. I've instinctively been developing the habit of looking above objects to see them better but maybe I could make better progress with more focused work.

    Thak you very much for this video. Are ypou aware of the use of these execises to activate the myeinated vagus nerve, that portion of the vagus nerve that deals with issues of emotional safety.

    Are there any studies showing that peripheral vision lost by a stroke can be regained? I lost my left side peripheral vision after my stroke and would love to be able to get it back

      I have hemianopia, too, and am currently taking training from Nova Vision.

      @@barbarasnyder8549 is it helping your peripheral vision? Can you tell me what the system is called? I live in Dubai and would like to be able to find out if it is available here. But I would need the name. It's for my mother who lost her left peripheral vision after a stroke that she suffered 2 months ago. I am heart broken for her

    Just a warning to those who want to train yourselves for this. It can cause frequent brain overloads aswell, especially while driving. it's a double sided sword as can be safer but also quite dangerous. was born like this cause of neuro condition.
