Promoting pluralistic universalism ..
It means that taken common ground by active dialogue among diverse ideas , values , agencies
Not tell to reject current ir theories but includes other non western values ideas in that
Dwawring knowledge from world history it means that taken consideration of non western and non European history
Regionalism it means that integrating regional structure and studies
Rejecting regional exceptionalism emphasizing cultural exchange
Recognising agency of non western people and countriestrwatingbnon western people as agent not agency etc
