They did Alaska in 2019, but it was summer and it was basically only mudding and water crossings. A full on snow wheeling trip like Nate's recent video (dirtlifestyle) would be a cool event.
Good to see one of my old wheelin' buddies Robert Keller make it to UA. Charles Swartz and the Amsoil Jeep say hi! To bad that you couldn't take them to our old spots in Ocala.
Such a cool adventure, btw I am a die hard Bill Elliott fan so I would have loved to have been there. Thanks for sharing this video for those of us that will never get to experience this. Glad Ian made it back!
Sitting here on a rainy day in the Philippines watching these boys play around on my home trail is bitter sweet AF. Love to see everyone having such a great time but really making me home sick now.
@@frankeck5493 ive been following the guy with the taco on youtube for years. He may only get on UA for a second year if hes lucky but if it was my only time on UA id be sending it taking the scratches and dents. I most definitely wouldn’t have gone with an IFS truck. The first gen 4runner was better to watch.
id love to wheel on UA some day , i actually went to high school at the school that ian johnston was a teacher at before going on television . so its super inspirational to see some canadians on the show
Thank you Christian for doing this every year, it's one of the coolest things I look forward to, all your planning and great coverage, is just EPIC Thank you SO much for taking the time to make this content. Awesome Karma out to you man 🤘😎
Been following for years and this type of wheeling is what my Bronco is made for. Makes me want to get out and beat on the rev limiter and smash some rocks. I wonder what it would be like to wheel on radials for a change...
It would be a honor to wheel with any of you guys. This series has peaked my interest in all of these Offroad Parks and trail systems. Thanks for taking us along.
Another great one. I've been there in my YJ on an invited trip. Can't wait to take my built JLUR. I wish I would have applied 1000 times for this one. Would have loved to have this experience. Great footage and overall flow. Very motivating for me. Thanks @jeepNdirt.
Lee 1 the first General Lee was found by Travis bell 2 miles down the rd from Bill Elliotts shop! It sat in shaw recyclings yard In Dawsonville Georgia since 1978 was bought for $450 was restored was sold to a golf pro for $100,000
As I understand it, all nascar teams have a couple of guys back at their shop who work an english wheel & fabricate all the aluminum body panels for the teams cars. This surprises me. Because as many body panels each team goes thru, and it is alot, I'm surprised there is not a company which stamps these panels out for all the teams. I would think there is some $$ to be made here. !
I always thought it would be a cool idea to find a dirt road path from Florida to Michigan for an Off Road Dixie Highway. I’m real close to AwesomeBill Ga. A lot of good areas to trail ride here. Great Video y’all.
There is 100% an off road racing museum in Baja Norte just south of San Felipe to my understanding. I've seen pictures, looks pretty cool. Chenowth Legacy Lodge.
I forgot that Ian missed the first day and was wondering why he wasn't in the previous video. I was thinking he was saving the footage for his own channel.
Whenever us wheelers get into the wet, we spend a lot of time slipping & sliding & spinning our tires. I was thinking about guys who work in the mud every day & how they cope. Loggers chain up. Has any wheeler considered hanging chains onto his 37s? !
Ian Johnson pushing 50 and still wearing his hair like a 17-year old! Then again, maybe I'm just jealous because I'm bald and don't have my Jeep anymore!! 😆
There’s not an off road Hall of Fame because the off-road vehicles are still used. It’s like good word festival of speed - Nobody wants to leave an off-road vehicle sitting in a building
Man take away the 30+ sponsors rigs away and then remove the hotels so you don't need as much overhead then actually get more real readers rides on their. I could care less about seeing million dollar companies build a rig for a week of promotion seems like theirs a few of the suit and tie guys out their instead of the passionate guys like Dave. Seen the blue Falken jeep for like the past 5 years it's a company fleet vehicle at this point which is boring.don't even know why I'm wasting my comment but man I used to be a huge fan. Of this my mom used to buy the subscriptions back when I was in elementary school I read all of them 4wp,fourwheeler,patterson4wd but this has changed significantly it's not very appealing anymore I'm gonna go watch reruns of Matt's offroad and fab rats the basic tows have more action then this..!!! 30 rigs but only 3-4 actual people like the everyday guy cmon think outside of your own company jeans. Mater launched 2 days after this video and he already doubled the views and likes than this. To add I understand its about money but if those sponsors wa.ted to be part of it they could sponsor those readers rides they themselves would probably make 10 fold do onto others as you want done to you is an old saying that comes to mind pretty sure Patagonias money has also increased compared to Falken simply due to their support of the actual community they want to be part of
I have followed UA for years. I think y’all need to do a winter UA like in Washington or Colorado I think that would be awesome
A pnw ultimate adventure would be epic 💪🏼
This comment wins didn’t think of this but yes
Nate can take everyone snow wheeling for a week straight lol
Colorado for sure
They did Alaska in 2019, but it was summer and it was basically only mudding and water crossings. A full on snow wheeling trip like Nate's recent video (dirtlifestyle) would be a cool event.
Thoroughly impressed with the van!
Thank you motor trend for listening way better coverage of UA this year
Man that van is crazy
Dude in Quigley Van... Absolute full send! You are my hero
Absolutely love that van!!!
good to see Ian Johnson on this trip. Xtreme 4x4 was one of my favorite shows on the old Power Block
You can watch FourWheeler on Motortrend
Wish Jesse and Ean were both here they were my favorite fabricators. RIP Jes
That dude in that van definitely knows the old method of when in doubt throttle out, or pin it to win it . Also send it don't bend it.
much better coverage so far guys thanks for listening to your viewers!
I like Tiger's madman full send style! I wonder what black magic he has done that the van isn't all beaten up like other rigs seem to. :D
Good to see one of my old wheelin' buddies Robert Keller make it to UA. Charles Swartz and the Amsoil Jeep say hi! To bad that you couldn't take them to our old spots in Ocala.
what a treat, being able to watch UA again, I missed that show for far too long
Such a cool adventure, btw I am a die hard Bill Elliott fan so I would have loved to have been there. Thanks for sharing this video for those of us that will never get to experience this. Glad Ian made it back!
Tiger is the van man.... Awesome
Tiger in the van is awesome 😂

UA-cam is great for those rainy days!
Freaking Tiger man! That dude is a BEAST!
My favorite videos of the year is ultimate adventure! Thank you guys so much for all the effort put forth!
Tiger and the van is best entertainment by far!
DUDE IN THE TACO NEEDS TO TAKE NOTES FROM DUDE IN THE VAN ON HOW TO DRIVE. WHAT A LEGEND😂
He didn't want to destroy it like the van guy does.
The van guy owns the company, the taco is a regular guy. Guy with lots of $$ or support vs a regular dude. A comparison of apples to bowling balls.

@@TJY2K Than don't go on UA. Pulling cable so he doesn't risk scratching his door 🙄

Thanks very much, but it aint just me. There's a really great team of people working alongside me to make this thing happen every year.
That vans a ripper!!
Hard to believe so many people are running patagonias for this. Glad to see 1 rig with trepadors and another with some bf Goodrich red labels
Don’t forget the two on km3’s
Man these episodes are awesome reminds me of the old ua
Looking like y'all are having fun be safe and don't break to much
Finally got my 2-door WildTrak Bronco. Will be applying for next year ✌🏽😎
Great filming! Great wheeling !

I was not expecting Fred to be driving such a new Jeep.

Amazing how every video I have ever watched the air lockers not working. Detroit lockers 😂

I cant believe i missed you guys right by my house in asheville!!!
Purpose built wheelers..pull cable
Full size Caro van....what's a winch?
Stoked that MotorTrend decided to put UA back on UA-cam. Now if they put Dirt Everyday back on all would be right with the world….
Bring back Fred and Dave!
Nobody sent it harder than the van.
THAT'S THE TRUTH
you'all do good trips. been followin' for years.
Ol' Awesome Bill from Dawsonville
Great adventure and video coverage, would love to do this someday!!
A break down of the g2500 would be nice to see. Man that thing was getting it. Really cool 😎 👌
I haven't been in the loop in recent years, what happened to Péwé?
Oi, where's Billy pricket's car at the museum?
when you guys come to Michigan around Houton Lake area. ask where I'm at.
That vehicle would be fun to drive off-road.

Never seen a van do such things.
I wonder how many vehicles tiger has flipped
It would be cool if they came to Oregon
They went through Oregon a few years back, stopping at quack attack on the santiam pass and then moving on through Bend
Been to Dawson pretty sweet spot
Just proof right here that nobody really needs solid axle wins in all aspects flex and travel related other than high speed stuff in the desert
“Overlander”= Crossover suv
Lots and lots of winching from the Toyota people lol

There is an Off Road Hall of Fame. It has old vehicles from guys like Mickey Thompson and Bruce Meyers.
What mufflers is Robert running on his chevy??
4”‘single exhaust with a straight through muffler like a diesel truck would use. About 30” long and 8” diameter
Where in GA is this??
They were not allowed to say.
Saludo desde República dominicana labujia negra may broder
I miss Rick pewe and 45 minute videos
The music and the talking are not the same volume level.
Why am I paying for motor trend on demand when you only release this on UA-cam. It seems unfair
lol ad city here
How is DAVE CHAPELLE WHITE?? and in a 4x4 daves crazy but cmon. Hahaha
Some of these dudes need to air down a tad
no rover guys as usual
I KNOW RIGHT! I CHECKED YOUR CHANNEL, MUCH TO MY DISAPOINTMENT...... ALSO NO ROVERS... WHAT GIVES?
They were gonna come, but they all broke...
1150 Grizzle Rd, Dawsonville, GA
Dang, spill the beans. The owner asked not to give the location.
WTF
90 percent garbage 10 percent what it should be.
It's entertaining but, I don't understand why these guys spend so much money on trashing their vehicles.
Because you can't do it in a Prius 🤣
If you ever went wheeling like this, you'd understand why. Most fun you can have with a vehicle.
@@kshepthedrummer that's SO true 🤘😁
Omg stop, they are vehicles not rigs!! Rigs pull 53 foot trailers over the road!!
I lost where you were on the trail. I stopped watching. Boring..
Looks like a blast .Ion if you ever need a copilot .
