Yes C major most of the time except for over E where I use E Mixolydian b6 (aka E Melodic Dominant, the 5th mode of E Melodic Minor ascending). Those notes would be E-F#-G#-A-B-C-D-E.

I'm using C major most of the time, mixing C pentatonic and C Ionian, and you?
