    You didn't show us, how to open the head to remove the old string. I never saw your link. I see no way that the head just opens up. If this was my trimmer, I would have already returned it.

    I cannot understand why my string gets so long while im using it. I have wasted a ton of string because it wont stop coming out!! Im not sure if im doing something wrong

      Are you 100% sure you're turning the knob on the head the same direction as in the video. The most likely reason for too much string to come out is the string being wound the wrong direction on the spool. So if the knob is turned the wrong way to wind it in, that would cause that to happen.
