Do you know how to re create the spicy orange sauce and the sweet dark sauce Yardhouse adds to the poke nachos?
I actually have not tried to recreate those specific sauces yet! Sorry!
The spicy Mayo is just mayonnaise sweet chili siracha and little sesame oil
I currently work at YardHouse as the chef for that station. We use a sriacha aioli, and then we use a sweet soy ginger sauce along with a creamy truffle sauce.
