The butter have to be at room temperature is it? So softened? Do I have the put the nutella into the fridge? How do I know the tart base is fulled cooked? Am i supposed to fold in the dry ingredients? Will the tart base spread while baking?
Bake until almost fully bake so after u put nutella and bake again, it will not be overbaked. Baking time and temp will depen on ur own oven. May differ from mine.
U can sustitute to coconut milk powder, or soy milk powder but the taste and texture may differ. If dont want to use milk powder can sub to plain flour but u wont get the right texture, but still cn make tart shells.
Kalau bakar skejap dia tak keras tp permukaannya akan kering jadi kalau langgar tak ape2. Cuma biasa sy kalau susun dlm balang sy akan selang seli jadi nutella nya tak tindih. Tp biasa tak comot.

Hello sis! I followed your recipe and temperature, love the melty base but my Nutella melted when I put in the oven, I stirred the Nutella before piping and set the temperature at 140, should I increase the temperature for the Nutella to be slightly harden? Do let me know. Thank you!!
Hi sis, thanks so much for trying the recipe. The nutella when bake will form a dry surface. Usually i dnt bake for a long time so it just dry up the surface but when u eat its still soft inside. It will not harden. But if u want it harder/drier, u can bake it a little longer depending on ur oven. If u want to bake nutella longer, keep in mind the tart base make sure its not over baked otherwise it will turn out more crispy then melt in the mouth kind. Hope it helps.
@@mybakehouse oh yes, I meant for it to dry up. My melted and the shape of the piping is gone 😂 it became rounded and melty.. Ah yes.. that was my concern too. I was afraid that the tart base will be harden if I put longer. Maybe I will try at a higher temperature with the same timing again. Thank you for your reply!!🩷

Can use buttercup instead? For milk powder can use Nestle brand?
Can use buttercup but pure butter taste nicer and hv better texture. Milk powder can use any brand. I use no brand from bakery shop.

Waalaikumsalam. Yes i use fan mode with top and bottom heat. Same mode after putting nutella but slightly lower oven temp.

Butter is room temp. No nd put nutella in fridge. Make sure u mix properly before u put in piping bag.

I just mix by hand or spatula.
It wont spread much just like slightly bigger.

No nd, aftr u put nutella it will be sweet. If u want, then u can try substitute 20g plain flour to icing sugar.
