I dont think yall understand what we consider ethical and what other countries consider ethical are two totally different things. Believe most people in these countries dont give a care in the world as long as their family's get fed or their job gets kept. Nothing else matters.
Yea we can still judge them for not caring. Just like someone can judge me for not caring enough about alot of stuff. Just because it's the way a certain group of people do things doesn't mean it has to be accepted without criticism. Also most of the videos I watch of sushi chefs are Asian and NONE of them have does this to a fish before killing it quickly (being able to do it quickly and cleanly is part of what makes them experts I believe) so even internally your logic falls apart.
