We've just come back from a week long stay there last week, and I can say that what you have said is 100% true! Lovely weather, nice people, busy enough to be atmostpheric, but not too busy at all!! Lovely place to visit, and I am sure we will be visiting there again soon!
Another wonderful video about lovely Portugal, place to stay during our winters here in Ontario. Much needed today facing these wet grey vistas.Thank you both for your humour and sensible advice without preaching :)
Thanks so much, yes Ontario is wet at the moment, we would love to be in Albufeira right now but we are keeping to the government’s non essential travel advisory. We appreciate your comment thank you.

Your video is a true reflection of Albufeira during Portugal's cooler months. I am a lucky man as my son recently bought a 'do it upper' finca with 4,000sq mtrs of land just outside the village of Padern. It's a twenty minute drive to Albufeira. Thanks to my son's generosity I get free accommodation whenever I wish to stay. Another bonus, during the cooler season the airfare from Manchester UK to Faro is literally peanuts. Hopefully, one day we will bump into each other during one of my shopping trips.
Hello, my dearest Tina and Norm! Always happy to chat with you and have your impressions ! Well, Albufeira definitely is a wonderful place to spend wintertime with a good weather and without stress. Looks perfect to me! Thanks for your infos and tips! Hope everything is fine there! HUGS and stay always blessed, my friends! Renata
Hi there. So nice to see some sunshine! I miss the Algarve so much. Thankfully we can Pastel de nata here at least and some olives and a glass of red is as close as I can get to being there! Cold here now and I've even started Christmas shopping when normally I'd be there strolling along the beach ⛱ boo hoo! Have a good weekend . Take good care 💖 🏴🍁🍂🍺🍷
Hi Carol we hear you it’s tough, we get the Pastel de Natas, olives 🫒 and some excellent Portuguese red wine 🍷 and dream we are there LOL 😂😂or look at our videos HaHa . We bought our first Christmas present 🎁 today for our Granddaughter, but we will have to wait till 2023 for the real Albufeira take care and keep well Cheers 🏴 🍷🇵🇹🍷🇨🇦🎄
Love you guys! Got a trailer in a seasonal campground- done Winter in the Algarve at Alberfiera- done What's next? We are trailing you! Happy Retirement from your neighbors from Sudbury Ontario.
I really enjoy your videos. There are 3 ladies who will be getting out of the harsh Canadian winter in 2023. Thank you for the great tips on Albufeira.
@@ThisIsOurRetirement Thanks for the reply. Can you suggest some ''things'' we should bring along from home for a 5 week stay? We have rented a town house in Old Town Albufeira on VRBO. Are the grocery stores open on Sundays? I seem to remember that you are from Toronto and we are from Kitchener - just down the road.
Yes grocery stores are open on Sunday, you can get most things cheap in Albufeira if you needed a glass tumbler or spatula. We are hesitant at bringing herbs and spices through customs so buy them in Portugal. Hope you have fun.
@@ThisIsOurRetirement Malta is now my number onįe destination and has an incredible history. It's people and historical architecture are amazing. As I say "Malta, a picture round every corner"
This is what exactly my wife are researching we will be in Terceira in the summers and the Algarve in the winters. Albufeira or Lagos. We were also thinking of Vile Real de Santo Antonio. You guys are awesome.
Pre covid we would holiday in Albuferia around Haloween, a short break in December and again in February. Very quiet, easy parking, generally great weather, cheap to eat out. We love it.
I am rewatching this episode of your videos. Have you ever done any time in Faro? I haven’t found any videos there from you but I might have missed it. Thanks 😊
Hello, we are enjoying our holidays in Algarve for almost 10 years now. Found this video very precise summary about holidays in Albufeira. The only thing would like to comment is the accommodation. Being host in Albufeira myself, can say that it is possible to find a place to stay for less than 1800 CAD not compromising on quality. And apartments can even be a better value than hotels (just need to make sure that utilities are included in rent price). I know some hosts ask to cover it on top, but many don't. For example I always give final price with utilities included. Thanks a lot for spreading knowledge about this beautiful part of the world!
Thanks for watching Andrius , yes we always get a place with utilities included especially as Hydro is very expensive in Portugal 🇵🇹 hope you have a wonderful week we hope to be back this next winter Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🇨🇦🍺
I’m planning my January/February trip to Spain and Portugal from Australia and so far I’ve penciled in 9 nights in the Algarves in 3 towns including the one you are talking about. And watching your video it might be better to have the whole time in ALBUFEIRA to save changing hotels and just do day trips.
Great video - I have been to Albufeira in October/early November and it is also lovely in the Autumn. The summer crowds are gone but the weather is still warm. Great place for Autumn sunshine. Lots of accommodation options and as you say very central to visit the rest of the Algarve. I am considering a January visit next 🙂 Best wishes to you both!
I live in Lisbon but my second home is in the Algarve. I think Albufeira gets a bad wrap amoung portuguese but I have a complete diferent ideia of it. I love Albufeira, it has a wonderful historic center and in the winter you have a lot of ameneties open just for you, Loved your video
Loved this video! I intentionally avoided Albufeira last time I was in the Algarve but I will now consider it for wintertime travel. Speaking of wintertime, can you please make a video detailing monthly expenses for wintering in the Algarve as you have done? Accommodation, car rental, gas, tolls, restaurants, groceries, entertainment... I'm sure that would be a very popular video. Thank you
We are glad you might be open to consider Albufeira, thanks for the suggestion on expenses we will consider it. Thanks for watching the video glad you enjoyed it.
Back in the early 70's the South of Spain and Portugal could be accessed by a cheap overnight coach trip from Victoria stn in London. Staying in camp grounds in a small tent, eating at the local cafe, buying wine at the local supermarket (bring your own bottle). As you mention I remember very well the inland towns where the way of life had changed very little for maybe hundreds of years. The Generalissimo (Franco) still ruled in Spain.
Hello Tina and Norm. Thanks for sharing your informative videos on Albufeira. I've been to Portugal 5 times (3 of which were to hike the camino to Santiego) but have never been to the Algarve. However, that situation will be corrected this April-May (shoulder season?!) when my wife and I will spend a couple of weeks at an Airbnb rental in Luz, near Fargo. Like you, I would love to spend more time in the Algarve over the winter but my wife has other ideas. If I'm to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary next year, I had better suppress my own preference! At 75, I'm not looking for greener grass! BTW, I've only watched 2 of your videos and something very noticeable emerged. I'm quite sure friends and family have mentioned it to you. Tina frequently ends a statement with a rhetorical question, posed in negative form: "...isn't it, Norm?" or "...doesn't it, Norm?" Norm probably has heard this countless times so he doesn't notice it anymore! Isn't it, Norm? This is not meant to be a negative comment, just an observation. Keep on doing a good job and be safe!!
We hope you have a great time in the Algarve , thanks for your observation we are all only human just chatting to each other , have a great weekend Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🍺🇨🇦
Never visited Portugal. After watching 4 of your videos. This last video has motivated me to visit Faro next month. Managed to fly there and back for €45.
Love your videos! We are anticipating our first trip to the Algarve (Armação de Pera specifically) in March. Was a little worried about March weather until your videos. I’m a coffee lover too Tina!
the latte is a galao and a cream filled donut is a Berlin or the custard tart pastel de nata available everywhere. Enjoy your trip it will be wonderful.
Glad to see you are able to get to Portugal again. We were supposed to go in April 2020 but COVID hit and the trip was cancelled. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to still see Albufeira.
Hi Holly we were last there in February 2020 , we haven’t travelled internationally since , this is footage from then . With all this Covid /Omicron 🦠and even more restrictions in Canada 🇨🇦 we won’t be going away this winter hopefully next year if things settle down. Hope you are well and have a wonderful weekend Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🇨🇦🍺
The sailing is also super in the Algarve, if the weather is good you can join a day trip and see and enjoy a more panoramic and detailed version the coast than from on land. Lagos is also nice to visit and here the train goes right to the centre of the town and a few mins from some top restaurants; Adega da Marina is a good option, if your religion is football or if you just adore traditional Portuguese fresh surf and turf you will not be disappointed. I am always happy I can sleep in the Marina after a visit less distance to bed. Trains in the Algarve are as stated stop well out of town for near all of the coastal resorts (some Trains are also really slow) and you can get caught for €10 to €12 taxi's when you want to get to the centre of Portimao, Vilamoura or as stated Albufeira, there are good bus connections yet you may have to wait 5 to 20 mins to connect from the train. Even in summer the water is not so warm, a swim shirt and pants helps, often you see Portuguese surfers in thin wet suits so if you do go in for a dip your kidneys will let you know they are still there. If you decide to go you will enjoy a relaxed experience yet beware you have to tune your day to Portuguese time, all eat late and I would say take longer than the French over meals. Check out the hotels while you are there it often pays to do a 2 or 3 day mini trip from your base camp, offseason the Tivoli in Portimao can have rooms form just €48 and from here you can walk the coast west and see much of the Algarve geology, the hotel restaurant serves great meals and there are still options along the marina. off the beach boardwalk and edge of town.
I had a grin when you said, Albufeira is in the middle and it's 1 1/2 hours left or right to drive, that's not to long😁 For 🇨🇦 ins that is close driving😁. When we are visiting CH nowadays, everywhere we go it's close 😁 but the traffic makes it long. Anyway very nice looking place, for sure a visit worth when we are back in CH and have time (retirement is not that far away😁) and it will be close from 🇨🇭😜
You are right that’s no distance for Canadians to drive 🚗and very close from Switzerland 🇨🇭, lots of places have bottle necks with traffic. We hope you are enjoying a lovely weekend Cheers 🍷🇨🇭🍺🍁😎
Nice to follow your video. Yessss. Albufera is great in winter. Agree with all your comments. Olhao. Quartera. Ericera. All other nice places to spend winter. This year I will go to Alvor 2-3 weeks. And then by train 3 weeks to the north. Coimbra. Bragga. Porto. Have a great day. Keep sending your videos.
I’m here in Albuferia now, cute place lively but not too crazy. I’m renting a condo for a month on Ave da Liberdade..a ten min walk to the beach and tons of restaurants everywhere. Have done some side trips and have found all the large supermarkets. Just came back from Continente which has everything at reasonable prices. Thanks for you information, love it here………🤗🇨🇦
@@ThisIsOurRetirement I heard today that the government has lifted the blanket advisory against all non-essential travel outside the country so that is good news too.
Yes it is but it still recommends against Cruising and to Exercise normal security precautions so not fully there yet but everyone has to find their own comfort level Cheers 🍷🇵🇹 🍺🇨🇦
Few people ( if any ) have mentioned Monchigue in Portugal …yet when flying over there, it’s the first introduction ( on the flight monitor ) to Portugal ✈️! It’s worth the drive up and a safe drive considering its elevation ! The VOR for your Pilots .
Thanks for sharing! we have actually been there but on the day we went it was overcast and couldn’t see much , we will have to go back it was a scary drive with very narrow roads 😱Cheers 🍷✈️🍺🇵🇹🇨🇦
Bom dia Tine and Norm. It’s good to see you both! That was a fun little video. I didn’t know that Albufeira was filled with hooligans (that’s the English in you coming out, haha) in the summer, I’ve not been. I love Portugal in the winter! Yes, there are plenty of places that close for the season, but I think of it this way. ‘It’s far from the maddening crowds’. Did I tell you that they have Lidl’s in NJ. It’s been a few years now. This is silly, but the first few times I’d go in, I’d get very emotional. Filled with Saudade. They are set up the same way (in most stores) like the ones I go to in Portugal, and they have some speciality items at the various holidays and those middle aisles filled with clothing or other bits and bobs or small appliances… and the prices are better! Amber & I love Lidl. I’m heading back down in just a few weeks.
Hi Jen great to hear from you hope you are keeping well , yes doing this video brought back all the memories for us too .Do you mean going back to NJ or Portugal? It would be nice if Lidl came to Canada then we would all feel like home from home . Have a wonderful week Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🍺🇨🇦🇺🇸🍁🤗
@@ThisIsOurRetirement I’ll be heading to NJ from Canada (borders ARE going to open so I can drive this time!) but yes, I think Lidl needs to makes its way to Canada! Amber is in Los Angeles now, and sadly there are no Lidl’s there yet either. I’ll be heading to Portugal in the Spring, by the looks of it. Cannot wait!!
@@ThisIsOurRetirement I forgot to comment on the laranjas 🍊… it was such a joy to have a fresh squeezed orange juice each morning. Soooo delicious. I’d only do one, sometimes 2… but they were perfect. Sweet and juicy. I had a little electric juicer which was great because my arthritis couldn’t take me trying to do it with the good old manual juicer every day. I didn’t have your unfortunate reactions. 🤷🏻♀️
Thanks once again for the informative video as my wife and I look at wintering outside of Canada after our fast approaching retirement, we have also found that as long as these Mediterranean summer havens have not completely closed their doors in the off-season they provide ample opportunity to find well priced accommodations as opposed to cities like Lisbon or Madrid which have a 12 month tourist season
Yes that was true before Covid , since Feb 2020 hotels have been closing as no tourists and Air bandb are putting their prices up due to shortage of places to rent 🧐 so we arent sure how it will be when we go back . Over the three years we went prices were going up each year we wish you well in your retirement Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🍺🇨🇦
I was in Albufeira in October 1987 for just a few days on our honeymoon. After watching your videos and others, I can say that it really has changed. However, even back then, it was known as a party town. Even as a 59 year old, I want to stay in a town that is alive at night and I always said I would go back one day for at least a month. Hopefully, it will happen next April/May. If we like it, maybe we'll go earlier in the year for a longer period of time! Thanks for your opinions.
Great video - heading that direction on the 30th of December for a week. Usually, stay in Luz but looking for something a bit more built up as I know it will be a ghost town - I may check out Albuferia
ALVOR is our jem! Soo beautiful! Close to Lagos and Portimao. Beautiful ways to walk. Lovely beach! We often walk from Alvor to Praia da Rocha over the cliffs by the ocean. Beautiful view! Taking the "Formula 1 buses" Via vem is also an adventure. Portimao with the walking street!! Walk all the way north to the railway station for a coffee and Beirao 😋 Praia da Rocha also a must. Into music? Visit Irish Rover! On Pria da Rocha. Outro bar - cheap wine beautiful view!

This has always been my experience in Albufeira. It is good to hear an objective opinion. Other nationalities that are much more intelligent than US Americans, like Canadians, try to reveal what is going on in various countries. Americans are only interested in their most often limited and less intelligent opinions. Yesterday, I was sitting at a cafe in Tavira overhearing a conversation between two young women. One just came to Portugal to take care of her grandmother who was assaulted and robbed by the small Tavira Real Estate Agency she was renting her apartment from. I am hearing more and more of these attacks on retirees coming to Portugal during the last year. I no longer go near any small real estate agency in Portugal. I have heard of similar incidents where retirees have been attacked east of Albufeira in areas like Quarteria and Olhao. I only use the large reputable companies. I guess that should be the case with most businesses today. I hope this practice doesn't spread to other parts of Portugal. She said Conceicao de Tavira is where the attack happened. The agent is actually in Tavira. Can you imagine a culture that doesn't objectively present what is going on today in countries they are discussing?
Thank you for sharing a very disturbing comment😱, we hadn’t heard about this so having looked into it , it appears to be a problem. We always thought Portugal 🇵🇹 was a safe place to visit , we hope you have a wonderful weekend Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🇨🇦🍺
Hi again guys. Great video as usual. In Lidl and Aldi, there's the middle aisle where you can find the most diverse collection of items. Go in for food and come out with a drill or a wetsuit!!!!
Thanks for sharing!! it’s very exciting that aisle Norm got a fabulous deal on a bottle of Scotch and Tina got a fabulous dress 👗 for cruising .Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🍺🇨🇦
alacantarilha has a train station that is located 3 or 4 miles from the town on the same line, the train station is actually a small town called alacantarilha gare.
¡You have got a subscriber from Argentina (Tigre near Buenos Aires)! I´m an older adult, now a widower, with a Schengen passport, plans for Coimbra & Madeira, & tempted by the low prices of the Castelo Branco surroundings through the very nice UA-cam videos of "Luís Baptista - Agente Imobiliáro". I didn´t want the Algarve, but you depict a totally different panorama. I even had a house & a BMW car in a very good neighborhood in Hamburg, which I sold in 1985, after marrying in Argentina. Why Portugal? It´s an "allied" neutral country... Greetings. 🙂
Thank you for your support, Portugal is one of the safest countries in the world and it is still quite affordable. Winter in Portugal in the south is a lot quieter and there are quite a few Northern European retirees there. Madeira is beautiful and also The Azores islands, we have been to San Miguel and Terceira both islands have year round spring weather. Best wishes to you for a good trip to Portugal.
Portugal has been on my hit list for a long time and your videos make it very appealing. Perhaps a video more specifically on the ins and outs of arranging for a long stay? Accommodation, car rental etc. Do you rent a small apartment while you are there? All the best from Vancouver.
Thanks for watching yes we rent normally a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and lounge / diner. Car rental is straight forward, the majority of cars are manual transmission, just negotiate the rate with a regional company for a cheaper rate.
Hi Tina and Norm, our friend told us that Lagos is best Algarve town to stay for expats. It would be nice to hear your opinion on Lagos as well (if you have been there). Thank you for video!
We have been to Lagos it’s a lovely place in fact we did a video 2 years one of our first take a look we walk all around the town . Yes we hear there are lots of expats there , it’s very flat along the water easy to walk along lots to see. Hope you enjoy your weekend Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🍺🇨🇦
Hello you two. I was going to do this weeks ago when I listened to one of your vids but just put it off. You are the first channel I have subscribed to. This is the reason . You mentioned in this video and the other I watched re Travel Insurance. Yes Canada still has an advisiory re non-essential travel. I can tell you without any reservation that Medipac Insurance does have coverage for Covid. Check the policy page 7, paragraph 28, last sentence. Also policy page 8 paragraph A, under IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW. I hope this helps. Been using them for years and are great.
That’s great information thanks for sharing and for subscribing we appreciate your support and glad you enjoy watching our videos have a wonderful weekend Cheers 🍷🇨🇦🍺🇵🇹😎
We are considering Albufeira for 2024 winter vacation. Now looking up affordable accommodations. You mention the train station is a few minutes outside Albufeira, what would a taxi cost to get to the train station or is it within walking distance. Really appreciate your videos, great tips.
The station is at a nearby town called Ferreiras about a 10 minute car ride away, it’s too far to walk. We don’t know the cost of a taxi but might guess at €10. Thanks for watching our video and enjoy your stay.
Good morning. Just letting you know according to CBC and CTV, Canada has removed travel advisory re non-essential international travel. Except for cruise ships. Enjoy your day.
I was wondering where you found rentals for $600-$650 per month in the areas listed on your video? I researched some different properties and they were double that. Can you help me with that?
That was nearly two years ago Sylvia when we filmed those prices have shot up since the Pandemic, we were going to go in February but found the plane ✈️ flights had tripled 😱so we didn’t go maybe next year Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🇨🇦🚢✈️
Thank you for your reply. We were looking at a trip there next year, in March, and found your videos very interesting. Yes, the prices have shot up a lot. We are off to Germany in July and found the prices quite a bit higher for that trip, as we have been there before.
Not only Albufeira 😁 I live in alcantarilha, on the countryside, in a tiny farm, in a tiny village with 5 other families and I 'm loving it! 😁 so much so that I will never ever return back to any city! 🤗😊 Algarve for ever! The most amazing place to live in the world the entire year! 🥰😍🤩

On our honeymoon on the Big Island of Hawaii, we stayed in a condo and thus went to a market for breakfast items. I saw guava nectar and thought it would be good--and it was absolutely delicious. A couple of days later, after finishing the carton, I couldn't find restrooms quick enough while we were walking around town. Apparently, the look on my face when I asked a store clerk where the closest facilities were was enough to cause her to ask my wife if I was ill or possibly had food poisoning. Somehow my wife mentioned that I had a fair amount of guava nectar over the past few days, and the clerk replied "Oh my goodness, that's what we give to constipated babies!! How much did he drink????" :-)
We have been to Lisbon and Porto but in winter they are cooler than The Algarve. We enjoy exploring the various towns and stunning scenery in The Algarve. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend.
Glad you enjoy them we have flown to Lisbon then you wait about 4-5 hours for a connecting flight ✈️ to Faro , and Faro direct with Air Transat which was awesome 👏. We always rent the car 🚗 from the airport , get off the plane and into the car Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🇨🇦🍺
Thanks for such fascinating information about a winter resort that I am not familiar with at all. I guess it's a well known destination for Europeans. Are there many American tourists there or is it mainly visitors from Europe? I like your idea of going to a beach resort during the off season. The prices must be quite reasonable compared to what they are in the summer. Take care and have a pleasant and rewarding week. 🤗❤🙏🌎
Thanks for watching our video, yes there are Americans and Canadians in winter in The Algarve. English is widely understood and spoken and it feels safe. 😀😀🇨🇦🇺🇸🇵🇹💕
When I saw you were going to be talking about Albufeira, my first thought was: “I had no idea they were party animals!” I was not aware it had a low season. I had always assumed that in winter it would still be full of Northern Europeans escaping dreary winters.
Yes we often stop at Lidl when in Europe never crowded and very good prices. Norm and Tina I find very strange that the oranges made you run to the toilets. Is it because you ate so many every day or do they spray some repellents that go inside the fruit and make it a laxative?
How did you find your rentals in Portugal. Is there a particular website you are using? We want to do the same next year. Thank you so much for your videos, we really enjoy watching

Well, Albufeira definitely is a wonderful place to spend wintertime with a good weather and without stress.
Looks perfect to me! Thanks for your infos and tips! Hope everything is fine there!
HUGS and stay always blessed, my friends! Renata
Hi Renata, We hope you are well, thanks for visiting and your kind words. Stay safe.
@@ThisIsOurRetirement THANKS to you, my dear friends! Hugs!
We bought our first Christmas present 🎁 today for our Granddaughter, but we will have to wait till 2023 for the real Albufeira take care and keep well Cheers 🏴 🍷🇵🇹🍷🇨🇦🎄
i love Luz....I hope you make it back to the Algarve soon...
Yes we hope so too.

What's next? We are trailing you!
Happy Retirement from your neighbors from Sudbury Ontario.
I really enjoy your videos. There are 3 ladies who will be getting out of the harsh Canadian winter in 2023. Thank you for the great tips on Albufeira.
Glad you like them! we hope you have a great time in Portugal 🇵🇹 Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🇨🇦🌺
God bless you and your family
Thanks so much take care 🍁🙂
How are you ☺️😉 beautiful ❤️🥰💖 great job
Thanks for watching glad you enjoyed it have a great weekend Cheers 🍺🍁🍷
Those shots of Albufeira with cloudless skies are a dream. Especially if one is in Ontario at the moment.

Sounds great! we loved Terceira, all those places on the Algarve are really nice have a nice time Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🍺🇨🇦
Pre covid we would holiday in Albuferia around Haloween, a short break in December and again in February. Very quiet, easy parking, generally great weather, cheap to eat out.
We love it.

I had a wild time down in Albufeira about 15 years ago. Some great memories.
That’s sounds good we are glad you had a great time Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🍺🇨🇦
catching up after a trip locally. The weather was such that a trip to the Algarve maybe just what I need LOL
Hi Dave, Yes those blue skies in The Algarve are a real pick me up! Have a good week.
Hello,
we are enjoying our holidays in Algarve for almost 10 years now.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and we hope you enjoy January in The Algarve. ☀️
Thanks for your comment, Albufiera is a good place in wintertime! We are glad you enjoy it too. Thanks for watching and your kind words. 🇵🇹
Back in the early 70's the South of Spain and Portugal could be accessed by a cheap overnight coach trip from
Victoria stn in London. Staying in camp grounds in a small tent, eating at the local cafe, buying wine at the local
supermarket (bring your own bottle). As you mention I remember very well the inland towns where the way of
life had changed very little for maybe hundreds of years. The Generalissimo (Franco) still ruled in Spain.
Really nice story thanks for sharing hope you are having a great weekend Cheers 🍷🇬🇧🇵🇹🍺🇨🇦😎
Happy to hear that! Awesome price!
Iv been twice this year its a beautiful place
It is we enjoy it, thanks for sharing 🇵🇹

Thank you Sam we hope you have a wonderful New Year Cheers 🥳🇵🇹🥂🇨🇦🌺
Thanks for a great comment, funny the train 🚂 stations are out of the towns hope you have a great weekend Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🍺🇨🇦
Welcome going to places during their off-season. You get to know the locals which leads to money savings in many instances. Great video.

Nice to follow your video. Yessss. Albufera is great in winter. Agree with all your comments. Olhao. Quartera. Ericera. All other nice places to spend winter. This year I will go to Alvor 2-3 weeks.

Wow, that's bad. Why are they being attacked? I haven't heard of this before.
Who are considered the bigger estate agents to use?
Hi again guys. Great video as usual. In Lidl and Aldi, there's the middle aisle where you can find the most diverse collection of items. Go in for food and come out with a drill or a wetsuit!!!!

I agree, we have the same taste... I would choose it, if I were you.

I saw your images on a Berger and Green commercial?!?!
We produce video clips that are licensed for commercial use, we have some we filmed of us sometime ago.
Good morning. Just letting you know according to CBC and CTV, Canada has removed travel advisory re non-essential international travel. Except for cruise ships. Enjoy your day.

I've only ever stayed there in the winter, I think? Maybe I spent a weekend there in the 90's, but I don't remember what time of year that was.
In summer it’s crazy busy, winter we love it because it’s calm and not busy.

Yes we often stop at Lidl when in Europe never crowded and very good prices. Norm and Tina I find very strange that the oranges made you run to the toilets. Is it because you ate so many every day or do they spray some repellents that go inside the fruit and make it a laxative?
No we just consumed too many especially as we juiced them, thanks for watching.
How did you find your rentals in Portugal. Is there a particular website you are using? We want to do the same next year. Thank you so much for your videos, we really enjoy watching
We look at Expedia, trip advisor, airbanb, also we will contact the hotels direct for monthly rates Cheers 🍷🇵🇹🌺🇨🇦
Hope to see you there !
Are you planning to go this winter.?
Regards…
Thanks for watching, we have decided not to go this winter and hope we will go the following year.
