    A nice and informative video. I really like the visualizations and graphics. Sadly, from about 3:00 until the end, the audio is about 5 seconds ahead of the video...

    Hi Professor, I think, if we add another line the Takt Time will NOT be doubled but half!

      Hi Touhid, we're sorry the inelegant wording has raised some confusion here. In fact, when the lines double, the cycle times double: Before, a single line produced, for example, at a takt of 4 minutes between consecutive parts. Afterward, two lines produce at a takt of 8 minutes between consecutive parts. The factory still produces a new part every four minutes.
