Just got the trail bikes manual clutch kit and installed on a 2023 klx 110 with cable adjusted it wont release clutch guess im baffled how pushing clutch together will release it? Pushrod hits bearing when squeezing lever but it doesnt budge thanks in advance for any help im lost
my english is not very good, i watched the video but i have a question. is it possible with this kit to have the manual AND semi-automatic clutch? thank you
Hi there great video. I am trying to go from a OEM Manual (stock klx110L*) to a “OEM Semi-Manual” if we’re to buy the primary auto clutch from a standard klx110 and install per your instructions, would it achieve this? Essentially trying to get it to act as a rekluse auto clutch (for kids). Thanks in advance for your response!
Hi Blakely! Soooo.... Let me answer in a different way, if I may, just so I don't write something that is incorrect. You CAN convert your KLXL to a Semi Auto or a Semi Manual provided you configure the clutch system as shown in the related segments of this video. I dont mean to dodge your question, and I hope this satisfies your inquiry. Im just not exactly sure how the Rekluse works or the way the KLXL model is configured from the factory. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!
@@brian.d.mobley It works very similar to the auto clutch using centrifugal force. Blakely I do believe you will need that whole primary clutch unit and the ball assembly, secondary clutch release lever, release hand and the none L version clutch cover
I'm looking to do the same for my daughter.. ride height is right but she's learning so I want to make it as easy as possible for her... Haven't seen a whole lot about going manual to auto, bit here and there... Did u have any luck? Anyone else have tips/ideas/leads on more info? Thanks
@@jmbum10 Just based off research, It seems like you replace everything on the clutch side with the auto. You just have to compare part numbers against both bikes.
HI E-man. Honestly, the only way I would feel comfortable with getting a crank re-aligned is to send it to a competent motorcycle machinist. It takes some special equipment to get it right. Alternatively (and maybe more cheaply) you can buy a new crank.
you always learn something new thanks for sharing 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks Jesus! Lots more to come! Thanks for watching and taking the time to share your feedback.
Super easy to watch , follow and understand. Thank you
Thanks so much! Making video is not easy!!!
GREAT JOB !!
Thanks Vince! Thanks for always being so positive!
I snapped a tooth off the crankshaft when tightening my flywheel. Anyway to get that sprocket off without splitting the cases?
Hi Levi. Unfortunately, no. The sprocket is integral to the crankshaft and can only be replaced by replacing the crankshaft. Sorry!
@@brian.d.mobley not what I wanted to hear. Probably requires to split the cases to swap the crank I would imagine?
@@levidertien5978 Unfortunately, that’s right.
Awesome vid
Thanks Conner! I hope it helped you!

I’m having the same issue but with my tb kit with no luck finding an answer
Can you make a stock KLX 110 RL SEMI AUTO?
I’m not sure about the transmission configuration on a RL, but the guys at TBOLTUSA would know the answer to your question.

Hi Dinde! Yes. It’s possible and covered in the video.

@@OvDirt1 I got some parts coming. Around 300 for oem and 160 for tb clutch kit.. feel like I understand what do to so I'm gonna give it a shot lol
Mine stalls when I put it into gear , I removed the one way bearing and installed the spacer
So I think I miss aligned my crank because I watch another video before this one and I used a impact how do I realign it?

So I can make it an automatic and a manual at the same time
Well, let’s put it this way; you can add a manual clutch to a semi automatic engagement system.
👍👍👍👍🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️
