Hi, your portfolio is amazing in terms of originality and diverse technics of expression and of your narratives. Your are like an extra miler, always giving the extra. All the best in your masters, whatever happens along the way even the negativities, you've got the the ideologies to express architectural works through your own studio. Go all the the way, don't give all your energy and skills for the benefit of directors or senior architects - YOU CAN MAKE YOUR SKILLS YOUR OWN, YOU CAN MOULD YOUR SKILLS INTO YOUR OWN CREATIVITY, YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES!!
I'll be totally honest, I am SO happy your video popped up on my feed. I'm going back to school for an M.Arch to one day go for a PhD in Arch at Delft. Thank you so much for posting this!! Good luck and I'm rooting for you!!!
Absolutely beautiful works! Congratulations on your acceptance, it was very well deserved. And thank you so much for putting this video together, it's well composed and very inspiring. Hope to see more of your journey in Bartlett again one day!
Hi! Thank you so much, i am very glad you have found it useful! I will hope to make some videos about my first year experience at the Bartlett for sure, but at the moment I am just trying to enjoy the process😊
Thank you for sharing your experience, and I have to say it was by far one of the best portfolios that I have seen on UA-cam. I am looking forward to watching new videos and hearing about your ideas. Best of luck. 🌹
Mylan!! I can't believe you never told me about this video! Congratulations on overcoming the fear of speaking in front of a camera and filming this UA-cam video! Top quality content! You are amazing!!!!!
Omg Zoeee! You are so sweet, thank you!❤ I think my presentation is still terrible, but at least I hope the content is useful😊 unfortunately no time for more videos during term haha, bit will hopefully continue to make some videos once in a while. I cant believe you are making so many videos, honestly so inspiring for me!😃
Hii there!! Thank you very much for sharing how to apply M.Arch and what requirements are needed. I always see Barlett architecture in instagram and their students had crazy projects, i hope you can sharing with us your journey in there soon, thank you!! 🙌
Hi! It was a very inspiring and helpful video. I’m planning to do my master's in Delft as well. Is this Architectural Engineering, or can you choose it in the last semester? I'm still trying to figure out the Dutch system 😅. Maybe a follow-up video about your experiences in Delft?
Welcome to Delft! I hope you're enjoying your time here :) Having been a resident of Delft for most of my life, I know it as a really nice place. I'm a little bit curious though.. Every statement you make kind of sounds like you're asking a question. Is there a particular reason for that? I thought it was interesting :) Anyway have a fun time and happy 2023!
Let's not get carried away here. I mean, architects managed to design an actual architecture faculty that burned down to the ground shortly after they were supposed to have made it more fire safe and now the nutters have their school of doom right in my backyard.....
Hi Congratulations on your acceptance I'm currently in my 3rd year of architecture and I'm looking to apply to universities for a masters in architecture. I would love to go to a university that focuses in the arts and creative parts of architecture.
This is interesting! thanks for sharing! I already finished my Master's in Neurolinguistics c: ^^ ! I wish you all the best in your journey and ouh your skin looks so damn soft mind if you share your skin routine with us?
Congratulationss! I am going to apply TU Delft Track:Architecture too. But I couldnt find any information about self introduction video recording. Is it possible that they cancelled this situation?
I recently graduated from University but would like to apply for a BSc programme. Can I submit my University degree and transcripts instead of my secondary school certificate?
Hi! If I remember correctly for the Bartlett it was approximately 25 pages which show both undergrad and work experience works. I think the size and format were not specified since being digital in their case.
Hello Mylan! Thanks for the video as an Industrial Design graduate I get helpful insights, I wanted to ask if you know if there is scholarships or grants available and how that process works. I want to apply delft but I require financial assistance, if anyone has any experience I would love to hear them. Thank you.
Hai Mylan. Thanks for making this video. This is really helpful. I also plan to pursue master's degree in TU Delft Architecture but in the Building Technology track. If you don't mind, can you review or proofread my motivational letter and give me feedback?
Hi Rizky! Thanks for your feedback! Sorry, I dont think I would be very helpful with the building technology track, but good luck with your application!
@@mylanthuroczy804 Hei Thanks for the reply. I actually change my mind and going for Architecture Track, and i also picked Architectural Engineering Studio as my graduation studio later. Do you mind if i send you my essay and give me some feedback ? Thank you
@@bez2215 I think AI will be designing buildings within the next 10 years. However, you’re still gonna need people to get things built and manage the process, but it’s not very exciting job. I think the fun bit of architecture will be slowly disappearing.
Architects.... A few years of playing around with cardboard and paper and poof a university degree. One would expact that at least decent designs come from it but it mostly ranges from the stupidly ugly to the downright impractical just to act all important and then leave it to the real engineers and tradesmen and women to pick up the pieces... Oh, so creative.... But when a child can see it is A stupid I.D it usually is.
Cardboard & paper? It's literally ranked as the Hardest major in the world based on the number of hours self-studying Architecture has always played an important role in human history since Acient time (Babylone...) It's very well-respected here & u get a Great pay (in fact a higher pay than Civil-engineers & most positions whitin the construction industry) I used to study a double major in Cmputer Engineering and BA, & then switched to Arch.. and I can confirm that Arch is much harder & more time-consuming than the double major (CE & BA)

Hi, I have a question, should we add our picture in our resume? I mean I’m including my cv/resume in my portfolio.
Hi, where did you find all the information you need to write in your motivation letter? I can't find it on the website.
Hi!! Congrats!!! Thank you very much for share your experience. What architecture specialty did you apply?
Thank you so much for sharing!! amazing works, I am a BA student in MSA too, could you please give me some advice in application for part1 assistant??
No wonder you got accepted! Congrats 😊
Question: what program did you use to create the 3d 1:5 construction detail?
Hi! Thank you so much😊 Autocad haha, just a 2d drawing.
Hi, how did you make the flipping page portfolio for UCL? Did you give them a link?

Hi! It is just the adobe package (illustrator, photoshop, indesign), CAD, and I did a lot of hand-drawings during my undergrad:)
I know how good UCL students for architecture, your 👍
Wow!! what are the graphic software you use for your digital sketches ?
Hi! Illustrator :)
I recently graduated from University but would like to apply for a BSc programme. Can I submit my University degree and transcripts instead of my secondary school certificate?
Can you tell me how many AP certificates Delft requires for license acceptance?
How much the cost thus architecture student spend on academy year in uk ?
stationery specially ?
Whats the general requirement for bartlett's portfolio? Page size? Page no.? Portrait or landscape format? File size?
Hi! If I remember correctly for the Bartlett it was approximately 25 pages which show both undergrad and work experience works. I think the size and format were not specified since being digital in their case.
And we had to upload it to issuu so the size didn't matter I think, we just had to send them the link.

Great portfolio but, your voice volume was so low, it made it hard to listen to.
Am an architect and I wouldn’t recommend either school. Far to theoretical for real world
