Hi Alex I fitted my C63 with Giro Disc 2 piece rotors and they were great, the weight difference could be felt on the initial drive after fitting them with the initial turn in and handling in general, obviously after a short period you get used to it as it becomes the new “norm”
In the NW of the UK an Italian tune up normally means talking it for a heavy drive after a service but the Italian tune up is thrashing the engine to remove some carbon deposits or blockages If you hear after a service It's still not quite right or the emissions are a little out Give it the Italian tune up It means drive you car hard at high revs to clean things out and rid it's self of granny mode from driving too gentle all the time
You should add a killer chiller to this unit! It ties the air to water intercooler into the AC system to chill the water. Reduces intake temps which obviously means more horsepower. I had one on my vk56de that was supercharged.
I always suggest these to youtubers. I hardly ever see people using these or other chillers that use AC, but i think they work awesome. You can even use a 12volt ac compressor to make it easier to install.
@630Cars there are cheaper alternatives. I think any big car youtuber would have no issue installing one. I really think most don't think about them or know they exist
@@caddyguy5369 for sure. You can take intake Temps from 100 down to 40-50 degrees. So especially if you use a 12 volt compressor but even with belt driven ac it still makes more power than you lose

As always another great LSC video, thanks for all the hard work Alex and Max.
I gotta tell you, that I normally don't like black wheels and any car but, this car looks really good with them. I like the white on black contrast. You may have to stay with the black wheels. Nice job on getting that engine back to normal operation. Well done!

Man, your Italian isn't too bad! It's the first time I heard you speak it and you are pretty good! Of course you have quite an accent, but that's lovely! Cheers from Italy!
The EGR valve on Mercedes can fail and stay open during idle, which causes a poor running engine at start-up. It can sound like some ticking or a misfire and possibly throw codes. The engine will correct itself under throttle when the EGR valve is supposed to be open and redirecting exhaust back into the engine. Just a thought if you're still having issues down the line.
The situation was addressed in the community tab of this channel, and the pinned comment of some of the last videos. Unfortunately in short, he's no longer associated with the LSC team
The piston with less carbon could be a headgasket issue (and also the cause of white smoke while cold, the smoke looked like H2O, not lasting blue oil smoke). Edit: now watched the full video, but I also know headgasket issues can be tricky to diagnose. Time will tell. 👍 Swedish, English, poor German and very poor Italian for my language skills (in that order). Mentioning Norwegian and Danish would be cheating. 😂

I’ve been watching your channel for long, Alex and man you have always delivered the goodies 🙌🏼 You’re one of the most genuine people on YT! Waiting for the cl65 videos. My dream car is this C63 with the same spec looking forward to see what you gon do with it 😁 God Bless you man 🙏🏼
Ps; Love from Budapest, Hungary 🇭🇺
Hey Alex, It's so nice to hear you speaking Italian👍 Well, I'm a Swede 🇸🇪so I speak Swedish(obviously). I really like to watch your videos.
Buona fortuna!

Love your new purchase and another great video 👌👍
What's happened to Peter ? Haven't seen him on your videos lately 🤔

@@roadwarrior8213 cheers matey don't go on the community tab but thanks for the info 👍
I love moments when you find something awesome and go “hhaaaaaa”! Sick Chanel Alex, keep it coming.
It was not the "Vulcan death grip." It was the Vulcan neck pinch and the Spok neck pinch. It put people to sleep it didn't kill them.
I’m watching from Italy. I really appreciated the part with your cousin who is definitely 1000% Italian from his behaviour. I really appreciate the content.
Thanks for watching? My family is from Palermo. Where are you from?

Congrats looks awesome! Can’t wait to see this build! Side note- where has Peter been? Did I miss something?
Yep you did miss something , he's not allowed on LSC property anymore
@@Rabeea09 wait why what happened

Peter is long gone now , he was fired from LSC and was banned from getting into the property
I love your channel and really enjoy the content you put out. It's nice to see how far you have come over the years.
Stock wheels for sure, and get rid of those tacky LED side markers. The steering wheel isn''t my favourite either, but it was probably pretty damn expensive, maybe its a Carbontastic wheel, you could reach out to them and see if you could swap it for something a little less gaudy? As always another great LSC video, thanks for all the hard work Alex and Max.
The black wheels mesh well with the black on the car looks 🔥🔥🔥🔥 the way it is
not your car… your opinion doesn’t matter
@@SpyderPanda1 its all opinions
@@SpyderPanda1 Are you dense? He literally asks for peoples opinions in the video.
Man, I’m from Brazil and I watch yours for about 3 years now
I love your spirit about bad cars
I gotta tell you, that I normally don't like black wheels and any car but, this car looks really good with them. I like the white on black contrast. You may have to stay with the black wheels. Nice job on getting that engine back to normal operation. Well done!
I'm always a fan, and I will continue to watch your videos. @Alex, I know it's personal, but the show seems lonely without Peter.ijs
Love that you support your subscribers.
This is going to be another great series.
Thanks brother!
Love watching your channel! from one Italian to another keep up the great work!
Thanks Mario!
@@LegitStreetCarsso what part of the tune up resolved the ticking?
@@coreyrenwick6209 Running the engine flush followed by the oil change.
Oh my word that is beautiful. I had a c300 4 matic, arctic white, glass roof with that black carbon fiber wing. I LOVE THAT CAR! Keep those black rims!
Another beautiful AMG 😮
Looking forward to seeing some forced induction being installed 👍🏻
Personally, I love the way my 2011 Lexus ISF sounds. It's totally stock and I constantly get compliments on how it looks and sounds. I can only imagine how much better that sound would be if I were to install some nice performance aftermarket Intake and exhaust system. But I'm happy enough just keeping it stock and driving it everyday. It's a blast

Great find. I agree the original wheel color looked better. I would also try to find an OE steering wheel.
Yeah that after market steering wheel is very ugly.
Oem steering wheel. No such thing as an oe steering wheel
@@johnnychimpo7539 OE = Original Equipment, it's not like there is an ISO standard that specifies you must include the "M" for Manufacturer or you'll fail an audit!
@@Beer_Dad1975 OE is the original company manufacturer without the actual car brand stamped on it
So like a pair of sachs shocks for my bmw are OE
I could get the exact same oem ones with a bmw logo on them for 3x the price
Why can’t you just admit you are wrong
@@johnnychimpo7539 I didn't even make the supposed "mistake" (not really a mistake), it was the OP, "Mike_Hartman" so I don't know what you mean by "why can't you just admit you are wrong" - I just hate pointless pedantry so I backed him up. Hell, maybe he meant get an "OE" wheel without Mercedes marking on it for all I know?
Loved the video, the car sounds really great!
I have to say I think the best sounding v8 is the 5.2 voodoo from ford. 100% would love to see some of that on your channel even if it's just a swap using the engine.
Cheers!
Been watching your videos for years from Sweden, thanks for sharing your amazing skills
Where is Peter your most lovable handyman
I’ve followed you religiously as well as jumped in many projects because of you AND Peter. If he’s not coming back, we need to know and why. As cool as you are alone, the relationship online between the two of you actually made me want more. You’re a cool guy alone but, I pass your channel by because it’s not the same. As subscribers, especially the ones who purchase your merchandise, deserve better.
I love your videos, i speak spanish, im from Argentina but i watch all of your videos without subtitles, i can understand evert single word :)
Definitely original finish on wheels
I'm thinking the same!
Alex, I love your videos. Looking forward to you supercharging this bad mother. Also, I speak spanish and regularly go to mexico. There is a speed limit but it's not super well enforced on the highways. Also if you get stopped, you can pay off the police in some places, at some times. And since I speak spanish and our second languages are cousins, I shall also be abusing the phrase "Italian tune up." Thanks for the content!
As a first generation Italian American…. That Italian part was amazing! Chefs kiss Alex
Olá de Portugal, continua com o bom trabalho 👍

Man, your Italian isn't too bad! It's the first time I heard you speak it and you are pretty good! Of course you have quite an accent, but that's lovely! Cheers from Italy!
You've got to love that russian dude subscribeing to you after delivering a "beast" 😂
Where is Peter
My guess would be, he's being a pumpkin eater somewhere.

The piston with less carbon could be a headgasket issue (and also the cause of white smoke while cold, the smoke looked like H2O, not lasting blue oil smoke). Edit: now watched the full video, but I also know headgasket issues can be tricky to diagnose. Time will tell. 👍
Swedish, English, poor German and very poor Italian for my language skills (in that order). Mentioning Norwegian and Danish would be cheating. 😂
