Where Are You Lyrics See the joker on his way Thinks that he can rule the day Gypsy In her caravan Connected with another land *Sad and funny but it's not so wise They roam their worlds awhile Anticipation in their eyes I teach them how to smile in their eyes Wizard sitting on his throne Doesn't know he's all alone Pirates digging in caverns Digging gold to pay the taverns *Repeat So if you think you're where you are Beware! You're far away A mystery that has no clue Where are you, where are you?
This is interesting. The only thing the group did that I was familiar with was the "Overture" that got used on the soundtrack to A Clockwork Orange. Michael: the instrumental part isn't really pseudo-Baroque; it's pseudo-Renaissance. A lot of medieval and Renaissance era dances were repetitious like that.
This is the first time I hear it. A friend did a transcription of it for me, so I have read the music before. At the time I just couldn't understand how he could hear all the different parts separately well enough to transcribe them, but now I can hear everything that was on that little piece of manuscript paper was 100% correct! Thanks, Thomas!
soundtrack' s film arancia meccanica by stanley kubrik is also the first track of the eccellent lp of sunforest, that is an obscure and rare masterpiece folk psichedelic
really fantastic they couldn't keep out the continual flow of creativity inspired by love and the freedom to explore that in more ways than what the ending of 1950's had to offer but they did manage distort the view point and try and paint a picture of un-educated drug heads a lie for all to see since they controlled the eye in the sky but i saw past it looked deeper felt what it ment to be a part of something special thanks for sharing couldn't stop a way of being just prolonged theinevitable
Oh, hello there. My name is Viktor Strobovski, and I'm your first teacher. Go to the next classroom and use the first notebook. When you completed all of the tasks, come back, and I will tell you what to do next.
This song in all its forms has cursed me i dont mean to put anybody in danger but i cant stop thinking of it and all the medieval people i dont usually believe in curses but damn this shit scares me
the vocal part is good, but the instrumental opening is a lot longer than it should be: it's just the same theme over and over again, with hardly any variation. i guess listening to authentic baroque for so many years has spoiled me. check out youtube dot com /watch?v=ydn0JawwR9I if you want some real 17th century shit.
God damn the harpsichord supremely transcends this piece to marvelous crests.
Overture to the Sun has become an addiction to me, great song!!
I'm studying accounting at the moment, and this song always plays in my head whilst i'm bored, and then i finaly feel happy.

stumbled across this song while finding the one in Clockwork Orange and i love it now
Hail to the sun!
I always thought that this was a famous piece of classical music, not a baroque folk song from 1969...
Sunforest is in a Clockwork Orange. I love this band
