I like the fact that you tell a beginner to start small with a pot holder but also you don’t neglect your seasoned sewist either.

Hi Louann. No - I like to keep the table cloth lightweight so that it easily hangs over the table edges. You could add lightweight fusible interfacing. Thanks for watching💗and happy sewing😍
Question. When you're making a tablecloth do you prewash your fabrics?
Hi Sharon. Yes. Before you wash the fabric do a zigzag stitch on the 2 raw edges. Then wash/dry before you cut the fabric. Thanks for watching💗and happy sewing😍
What great ideas. I have some beautiful fabric and wasn’t sure what to sew!! I used your pattern of the purple octagon shape with Christmas fabric and it turned out great. Thanks so much!!!

What is the average size of your big square tablecloths
