    My favorite Japanese Stationery Supplies found in the Japanese offices and Japanese schools. These Japanese office supplies and Japanese school supplies are unique and clever so I had to show you. Shopping in Japan maybe tough as there is so much to buy when you shop in Tokyo, but some of these would be great Japan souvenirs. I purchased most of these goods in Tokyu Hands or Loft in Shibuya Tokyo. The Japanese school stationary and Japanese work stationery are useful tools and definitely something you might want to check out when you visit tokyo. These Japanese stationery guide will help you discover some things that you may want to buy for yourself during your next visit in Japan. I hope you enjoy these Japanese products.

      Japanese people are detail-oriented which makes them good engineers or professionals. Japanese stationaries are probably the best in world, but quite pricier on the other hand.

    one of my most favorite japanese stationary is the kurutoga mechanical pencils where basically the lead always stays sharp , so you know how when you write on the same side of a pencil for too long the strokes start to get thicker? the kurutoga pencils have a rotating mechanism inside that spins whenever you lift up the pencil to write a letter so the lead stroke stays the same throughout and for me personally it provides a better writing experience -- i also like this one unique type of scissors i bought from the national bookstore @ the Philippines (came from japan) where it can contract on a compact size of a pen while still being able to fully extend as big as regular scissors haha i love japanese stationary it's just so convenient

      Ah, the Uni Kuru Toga! I love it as well. On top of the main function which you have explained, I really like its weight and premium look & feel. Another thing I used to love as a kid are the memorisation highlighters + rulers... The kind where, if you highlight a text and then cover it with the accompanying ruler, the text gets masked.

    3:08 - 3. Ichigyo Eraser... That thing is super useful if you are passionate about pencil shading and drawings of portaraits...to draw diff. hair textures we have to often use erasers of varying thicknesses... for all these years I had made my own customized erazers tips for achieving desired results on beards and hair.
    It'd be nice to buy something like that from a stationary shop, but I'm out of luck\
    PS: diff. people use diff. techniques to achieve diff. levels of perfection. The technique that i use involves erasers. These types of erasers are not necessary but efficient .

    The teachers banned Frixion pens in my school. They thought that after correcting the test papers, kids could erase what they had written and write the correct answers and tell the teachers to increase their marks

      same lol, but it's also the teachers' concern because when the written paper is exposed to heat, the ink will disappear and so they can't even mark the papers properly

    • @ambiej123
      @ambiej123 2 роки тому +1

      Horror stories with Frixion pens: my friend (uni) wrote an essay question, edited work and erased almost a paragraph- didn’t realize heat from friction erased to next page until professor asked her what it was supposed to say. She didn’t know and her b went to a c.
      I wrote my notes and left them on the dashboard of the car. The heat in the car erased pages of notes. A LOT harder to study.

    Japan has the best stationary stuff. I also love their accessories for packing school lunches. I don't know if you guys have made a video on that yet (not that I have noticed anyway) but that would be a cool video too since you've reviewed bento boxes a lot. They have so many options for making your own like those cute toothpicks, mini ketchup bottles, etc.

    I have enjoyed your content for some time now. You've given great recommendations I've used on trips to Tokyo in 2018&19. I did videos for years and know how much work they can take. Thank you!! I think it would be cool for one of the Tokyo vloggers to create a series of content focusing on some of the more artisan destinations and artists/creayors/makers/performers of Japan. It is the perfect time for us all to get to know more about the individuals that make up Japan. And content that will drive tourist to your locations. Keep up the great work!! Y'all are fun to watch.

    Love the content you keep providing. Keep up the good work, but don't work too hard, you got to make sure to look after Maiko and give her time off from Wolfy.
    I'm sure at times it will be stressful and you will feel lost, but I have no doubt you'll both be amazing parents! Congratulations btw.

    I’m in yr 7 (or grade 7) and I use erasers on the daily, friction pens aren’t s good as the standard pencil ✏️ in my opinion. Also I love your vids they are so interesting because I enjoy the way of living, food and everything in Japan 🇯🇵.

    I lived in Jakarta in the 80's and used to love the Japanese stationary you could get in Sarinah Jaya. My favourite was The Little Twin Stars - I had a wonderful colour pencil set made by Mitsubishi and the quality of these was on a par with Caran D'ache! I also got some amazing erasers and lots of other things. I am now 51 and have never quite outgrown my love of LTS or stationary!

    I finally found the perfect mechanical pencil for me, a Uni Kuru Toga, from watching a video about Japanese stationery on YT. The pencil rotates the lead around as you write so the tip of the lead is always at a nice fine point. It doesn't work well when you write cursive but since I tend to print when I write, the pencil works great. About $10 on Amazon here in the US. I love Japanese stationery and yes, I use erasers ... a lot.
