Other people might be able to sharpen in 5-10 minutes but same with their jobs? You take pride in what you do, even on maintenance and it shows. Thanks again Jon and Jodi.

How many other companies provide you with the equipment you need to maintain a product whilst it's on loan, not many, shows how much Shearex value this product. As you say John this unit isn't as big as your other one, but it certainly seams to box at the same weight. Like how you take time to service your equipment, it saves money and time down the the line. 👍🤗

Thanks for the video, if someone told me a year ago I could watch a video of someone using a grinder and be completely entertained I’d call them a lier. I always watch for a video drop I wish you could do more.

I always enjoy the behind the scenes videos. Little tips and tricks for the new guys that are looking to get into the clearing world is always helpful. It seems so many are kind of secretive about it, which doesn't make any sense.

MAINTENANCE is the KEY: That looked to be a 36 grit disc on the grinder. I think it was SMART of them to give the grinder with the machine! Well, thank you for the review and I'll take your word for it all since I've not done that work or run a cutter head. We go by what our UA-cam family says (YOU!) Thank you!

I knew Dennis Cimaf heads came with a 2 stroke grinder with that style grinding disk and similar gauge. Btw why did the Loftness Timber Ax with upward rotation drum never take off? They seemed poplar back in the early 2000's.

Nice review, while you were sharpening the blades I couldn't help but notice the thickness of the metal on the front of the machine looks very robust!

I have been testing with building the edge back up with hard facing and then grinding that sharp. If I know Im going to be in rocks I will use a harder mig wire and then quench after welding and then quench again after grinding them sharp. I take the teeth off and I made a fixture for my table to be able to do 40 double sided teeth in two hours. I sharpen them a few times before building it back up with weld or hard face. Last time I did it I ran it through the heat treat oven as well. Unfortunately I dont cut enough of the same materials with the mulcher to really understand which process lasts longer and holds sharper. I did machine a few test teeth once and they worked super well but cost more then buying teeth. I want to get an EDM wire and sinker. and try to make some out of pre treated harder materials. Use the sinker for the threads... at that point when do we start metal deposition coatings and automated resharpening with an cnc edm wire program. Just have to figure out how to do it efficiently. End Mills on cnc machines are just too expensive to use for teeth like this.
I showed how I did the hard-faced ones in a video on here. just hardfaced and ground.

John I saw a video about eagles and how crows will attack them jumping on their backs and peck at their necks, the eagles will start to fly higher and higher until they are so high that the crows can’t breathe and pass out and fall to their death. on The comments you’re getting from the crows, just fly higher and higher and eventually even though they’re trying you’ll be able to be free of them 🤙🏼❤️💯LOVE YOU BROTHER,🌺ALOHA FROM HAWAII!!🌈

Well as long as you've been running those heads, it's fairly obvious that you know how run them. Gotta love keyboard commandos that can't run a slingblade talking mess. Now I mite give a run for your money with a bush hog, because I've never messed with a mulcher. If I did, I would be standing over your shoulder watching how you do it.
