If you just graduated, take the jobs you can. It's resume building time. Nobody starts at the top unless you're connected to powerful and/or wealthy people. It doesn't take long to build up experience that will propel you to the next level. Also, I hate to put it this way, but during an interview if you are asked about your current wage, exaggerate it by 10-15%. It's the only way to get compensated at the level you want instead of giving the company a good deal on your services. Having inside info to hiring practices, I know this to be true. And rarely if ever are your former/ or current employers contacted. If they are, it is illegal for them to provide information about your compensation. Getting that 10-15% upfront and negotiating an extra week of vacation if you hold a salaried position, will knock at least 2 years off the time it will take you to financially advance and likely 2-5 years it would take to get the extra vacation time in that position.
I graduated last summer with a math degree (physics minor) and a 3.96 GPA but have not been able to find a job, mostly because I'm really not sure what I want to do with it, and because the job market in Maine isn't very good. I started a graduate program in Analytics but dropped out due to lack of interest. I've considered Pharmacy school, since I have always been strong in all sciences, but am not sure if it is for me.
