Daily Training - 4/28 - LONG Grinder, 50 min EMOM for a Sunday Funday! 500' HS Walking!!

  • Dropped in w/ some friends at CrossFit Wildwood today, great training!
    Inspired by Mike, the owner at Wildwood:
    50 minutes, every minute on the minute:
    minute 1 - 50' HS walk (done unbroken, 25' down & back)
    minute 2 - 7 left leg pistols, 7 right leg pistols (no touching the ground b/t reps)
    minute 3 - (8) 50' (25' down & back) shuttle runs
    minute 4 - max reps of crossover single unders
    minute 5 - REST
    Scores per round (number of crossovers):
    1 - 62; 2 - 80; 3 - 80; 4 - 79; 5 - 74
    6 - 77; 7 - 82; 8 - 78; 9 - 78; 10 - 62
    Long, sweaty Sunday! 1st & last rounds were my worst w/ crossovers, but getting 700-800 crossovers in for practice...win!!
