Basically about a week ago i noticed that water textures that were under my plane (in a circle) were missing, and was replaced by grey emptiness, i fixed it by turning up my water settings (ik, wtf). However yesterday, it happened again, but this time over land rather than water, i tried fixing it by turning up settings, but it hasn't helped, any tips? Maybe i'll try lowering the settings, maybe i'm running out of RAM or CPU

Absolutely! I bought it a few years ago and I must say it's one of my favourite planes (if not THE). I do have some problems with font sizes playing in 4K though....The cockpit and exterior models look very outdated now but the system depth is still amazing!

Very nice like always. I now know why FSrecorder didn't work. It only works on the standard FSX not Steam edition. So i have to use 1.331 or something like that.
The MD11 lands faster then any other airliner on Approach it needs to travel at 180Kts 330km/h 210MPH since its a copy design from the DC10 the MD11 is well known
Try lower autogen and scenery detail settings and disable boat and road traffic. FSX can only handle 4GB of VAS and crashes with an OOM (Out of Memory) Error if this limit is reached. This can only be prevented by lowering the settings.
Unfortunately PMDG stopt selling the PMDG MD11 and the 747 (legacy). Your best bet is trying to to buy it from Aerosoft or amazon. As far as I'm aware the MD11 is only for FSX and will not work properly in FSX:SE. (Just to give you a idea the MD11 released in 2008 and is by this time already 8 years old ;).)

You got that wrong. Only the replay is at a lower simulation speed, not the original flight!

Please have a look at the video description. Framerate is usually around 25-30 but that depends on the aircraft.
I guess the constant high framerate in this video is caused by FsRecorder
But I'm so jealous. I get 30 frames tops while cruising in a PMDG xD With no scenery installed whatsoever. Apart from REX

Werner Flugman 98 yup the MD-11 lands around 150-180 knots, the MD-11 may look like the DC-10 but is a complete different aircraft ;)
