When someone is wiping themselves the thumb is close enough to pick up feces it's then transferred to the clothes, the Door Locks and even if the Hands are washed some traces might then go onto everything else touched. I think that if every Toilet had a small Basin close enough to the WC that you could wash your Hands while sitting before doing up your clothes, also all Doors in Hospital or in Food handing places should have swinging Doors with a see-through Panel to avoid collisions so no one has to use their Hands to get through . You can go to any Hospital and if there for a while, you will see constant breaches of Staff breaking Hygenic rules by either being too lazy or just absent minded.
