Great film from a great director/writer, terrific quartet of actors (Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal are the others). Claire Foy and Jamie Bell are so genuine and articulate.
Lovely interview, thank you. I watched this movie for the first time yesterday. It's hard to write how moved I was (and still am) by the experience. It continues to reverberate to my very core. Phenomenal....
Wondering how that will hold up, as word of mouth will give this movie a classic and long lasting cult life. Disney will want to strenghten their streaming platform, but they LOVE making money on the side. Even Disney+ marvel and starwars series are now being released on blu ray....(at least in Germany)
@@palmereldritch7777 I just hope they see sense and release a blu ray rather than trying hard to destroy the hard media market. I am very saddened about how Disney have changed over the last decade or so.
@@PrivatePrivate-so4if It's not only Disney, how many DVD's or blu Rays have Netflix or Amazon released ? they all want to recuperate their streaming investments..... At the same time it's a golden age for DVD/ Blu ray collectors......(albeit a very expensive one- but damn i love all the extras). Stranger things (not the netflix series) have appeared on blu ray and 4 k in the last couple of years.....if there's a market someone will make money out of it.... I consoled myself with the Andy Milligan box and the works of Doris Wishman - also very worthwhile... The major filmcompanies are hopelessly behind though. thank god for Korean / bollywood/ Japanese and the rest of the world.
Great interview. This film ripped my heart out. The scenes, especially with these two, are phenomenal.
Love how the interviewer thanks them after every answer.great stuff.

They are so good in the film ugh. Should've been up for all the awards.

This is a great interview. Thanks for putting it in the context of the pandemic, very clever question.
Also, the movie is so fucking good that I CRIED during this interview even just thinking about it.
Really excellent interview/er and actors responses. Thank you.
Excellent questions, and such intelligent, thoughtful answers.
Great performing of their characters, really. You believe immediately every word, every gesture.
Great interview, great questions!
Great movie, great actors, but i want to compliment the interviewer here asking pertinent questions to the movie and the characters.
And now their film is not to be released on DVD or Blu ray - only streamed, so preventing access to many potential audiences. What is going on???

Great interview. But missing their interaction with Andrew Scott.
